Newly Renovated Cozy Beach Cottage in desirable Brant Beach

Ideally situated between the bay and the beach and close to almost everything LBI, this family-friendly home has much to offer in this resort town. Lavishly equipped and comfortable, this made our wedding weekend stay all the more special.

This house was perfect to celebrate our son’s graduation!! The each room was perfectly located to give our adult kids space! The proximity to the beach was great! Just a quick walk to the beach! Home owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall wonderful time!

From check-in to check out everything was seamless during our stay. The home provided everything we needed and the location was perfect. Would stay again!

Our group of 6 sisters/cousins enjoyed a perfect weekend away. The house is so warm and welcoming with plenty of gathering spaces for a large group. It is ideally situated between the beach and the bay. We did not get to use the hot tub due to the weather but we will on a return trip!

Drove up from Maryland to spend a few days with the family at the beach. The property was as listed once we arrived. Very well appointed and spacious. The location was ideal surrounding area was very pretty and welcoming. Everything was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and we also enjoyed hanging out by the bay as well.Overall a very pleasurable experience. The owner was very accommodating and responsive.Hope to make this a yearly get together and will plan to stay at this location if available.

Our family spent a lovely week in their home. The home is dog friendly; a major plus for us. The bay and the beach are a close walk. Ice Cream and the like is a car ride, but not a deal breaker by any means. Loved it.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub and upstairs deck. It rained the weekend we were there but didn’t mind because the accommodations were so nice. We loved the primary suite shower and all the beds were very comfortable!

Spacious place and centrally located for families who want to stay together who need their own spaces within a house. The house has central hubs with enough offshoots for those who want to be together, but need private time to separate. If you have a furry friend to bring along, they have a fenced in backyard to roam around. You are steps away from the beach and the bay. If you end up staying on a rainy day, they have all the amenities to cook a family meal. We would consider staying here again!

Not only did the owners let us rent this beautiful, stunning property. They had champagne waiting for us when we checked in. The beds were more comfortable than my own home! The ambiance was romantic and relaxed. Everyone who came by said it was gorgeous, I was able to have some hot tub time with my girls before I became a married woman!! It was truly a magical weekend thanks to this property and the owners who went out of their way to make sure it was extra special for me! I cannot wait to at Kirkland Krab again! Seriously, truly magical. I could never thank you or your neighbors more!
