Stayed Sep 26, 2025Not sure what had gone on the days before we arrived but the house just stunk of curry everywhere you went and the smell lasted the whole weekend every time you came back in the house you could just smell curry. The house is getting a little tired now and probably could do with a little TLC. Great location

Stayed Apr 16, 2025The house was in a great location, just 10 min walk from St Andrews Sq tram stop., With 7 people, we had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable . Just a few min walk to several coffee shops. We would stay here again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025No communication from the management. We told them about the cracked tile in the bathroom which hurt my wife’s foot. The dingy and well worn out couches and the holes in the door and walls. No response. We left after one night because we got there late. Not as advertised.
