Immaculate Cottage, Huge Deck And Great Back Yard For All Your Yard Games.

It was a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is unbeatable! Just a short walk to a gorgeous beach and some great restaurants. Beth and Dave were wonderful hosts and we had no trouble checking in or checking out. Our cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

My mom, sister and I stayed at the cottage for a short weekend and the stay was perfect!! The house was immaculate and Beth was an incredible host! She was there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. What a perfect location for the beach and a short ride to downtown! Would 1000% recommend and stay again!!!!

Our stay was quiet and satisfying. Close to everything we wanted to do. our hosts Beth and David were cordial and welcoming. Great place to be near but not overwhelmed by all the commotion.

An amazing cottage perfect for a family of 3-4. Immaculate both in and out! Beth and Dave take care of everything to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. This is our 5th year staying here and we always look forward to returning. Close to everything- Walk to beach and a quick drive to Newport. GREAT

We had a great stay! Loved being able to walk to the beach and so close to everything that Newport & Middletown. The cottage is super clean and enjoyed the firm bed. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We went to a local beach each day, had great food mainly in Newport and so much to do that kept the family entertained nearby! Great spot

My family and I loved had a great time in Newport at the cottage. The first thing is the location is spectacular, with just a short walk to Easton's beach. It's also a convenient, short drive to downtown Newport and other tourist areas. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which are easy to walk to. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Beth and Dave put out some lawn games for the kids to play everyday in the green space in the backyard. They are always available to assist with any requests or questions. In short, we would definitely stay hear again! Thanks again, Beth and Dave!

The property was perfect for us Just the right size , the kids loved the bunk beds and the yard with games like corn hole was a great way to wind down in the evenings after the beach Super convenient location, close to some of our favorite places to grab a bite like the Atlantic Grill, Tickets, and Aquidneck Pizza. Floa Clamshack is right there too. All very kid friendly and walkable. We loved taking walks at night along the water which was just down the street While we can walk to Eastons we also loved Second Beach ( great easy snack bar) and Surfers End , which has free parking after 4pm Very well kept property with very kind and attentive owners We will surely book again when we come back next year or even in the Winter

Our second visit and we loved it again! Beth and Dave are welcoming and helpful, but not intrusive. Dave replaced a lightbulb right after we asked. The cottage is sweet and well equipped, even now with a great washer and dryer. The deck is relaxing. The lovely Easton’s beach is a reasonable walk away even for someone with difficulty walking. You should make this your vacation home, but just not when we want to go!

We stayed one week but wish we would have booked for 2. The house is super clean and the big patio, we did use a lot for diners and for morning relaxation. Quiet neighborhood close to services and close to beach. Will I return? Yes I will. Tks!
