Outside the pretty courtyard garden is ideal for enjoying a coffee or glass of wine as you plan your days. There is also the advantage of off-road parking for one vehicle.

Docking has an excellent village shop, local pub, local weekly market and fish and chip shop all within walking distance, making it an ideal retreat for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Just a few miles in any direction and you are spoilt for choice, from Sandringham Estate, Brancaster beach, numerous nature reserves and The Wash estuary which hosts RSPB winter spectaculars, and many other beautiful beaches and delightful villages and towns.
