Perfect for our family of 3 and our dog. Great community and location

Really enjoyed my stay

Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the 50 dollar a day pet fee, when the property wasn’t cleaned every day. There was an extra fee if you wanted them to clean. I can understand a pet fee every day if you cleaned every day. But that is not the case.

Owner canceled my reservation with no explanation 3 days after booking! Wouldn’t rely on this place.

Everything about this property was great. We stayed here for our trip to the breakers. Perfect location!!! Highly recommend

Great place to stay

Full kitchen made the multi-day stay easy after a quick shop at the nearby grocery store. Super clean, great shower, pool was uncrowded and nice. Staff was helpful by registering our two local grandsons so they could swim in the pool. Great air conditioning also. Fresh, modern, and very clean. Expensive, but this is peak season in Newport RI.

Great place for our furry family members. Very easy access and comfortable. Will definitely return on our next RI trip.

This is the cutest cottage my partner and I have ever stayed in! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more for our 2 night stay. It’s a quiet little village with so much charm. Also, it was within just a few minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay. Would stay again

The 2 story cottage feels like luxury but the cost is economical. In the off season, it has been very quiet. A perfect spot for me to complete art projects and do a little thrifting nearby.

Stayed here for our anniversary and had the best time! It was the perfect little getaway. We walked across the road to the vineyard and had a great lunch, took a quick Uber into Newport and walked around and went to dinner. The room was spotless and everyone we interacted with was so nice and helpful. This was our second visit and we plan to book again! Well worth it.

Lovely grounds. Our cottage was very clean - big surprise for pet friendly. Our Lab puppy very much enjoyed his stay. Easy access to our daughter’s college in Newport for her choral performances. Staff was friendly helpful and accommodated our 45 minute early arrival.

We had a wonderful stay! The sweet home was so clean and a perfect location to shop, walk the Cliffs or even enjoy a wine or beer tasting just up the block! Heated floors in bathroom with all the amenities you could hope for if you decide to cook in! I would highly recommend! Thank you for your hospitality we will be back!

Pet friendly

It was the perfect facility! Every amenity was covered. It is located near restaurants and shopping areas. Easy access to Rte. 138 with a traffic light! I highly recommend this spot for an easy and comfortable stay.

I was very impressed and happy with the location and the cleanliness.

Detached cottage, great for privacy when you have dogs… well manicured grounds… outdoor pool… Newport Mansions 20 minutes away… optional housekeeping, which we did not take because of the dogs and our desire for flexibility coming and going as we please… full kitchen… plenty of take out food options as well… pizza, barbecue, seafood… close by Stop and Shop and Shaw’s for amenities. All in all, an extremely pleasant stay.

It was situated right next to this amazing winery/brewery and wasn’t too far to get to places.

Really great and convenient stay in Middletown just a few minutes from Newport and the waterfront restaurants abd really easy drive up to Providence.

Such a cute and cozy little cottage. It had everything we could possibly need during our stay and was extremely clean and well maintained.

Perfect location! Quiet, yet close to the Cliffwalk and Newport mansions (just a few minute's drive). Many restaurant and coffee shop options nearby. Clean accommodations; the cottage had everything we needed for aweekend stay.

Nice little 1 bedroom cottage about 3.5 miles outside of Newport, RI. We were on a last minute getaway and they had availability that would allow us to bring our dog. The cottage was very nice and clean but very small. We had an issue with our smoke detector going off the first night but their staff was really good about having someone come and check it out and replace it. The remotes for the TV’s were hit or miss. I’m assuming they both needed new batteries but we made it work for the limited time we were going to be watching TV.Only downside is that you need to drive into Newport and try to find parking which is hard to find and the prices are high and varying from day to day. One day it was 20 for the whole day and another lot we used (after driving around for an hour looking) charged us 10/ hour

These are cute cottages with a beautifully landscaped property. Location is within a walking distance to the Vineyard for drinks or dinner. The saltwater pool was wonderful. Be advised that cottages 1-12 allow pets. We did not want a pet cottage, but we were assigned to pet cottage 2. We arrived and were advised there was an air conditioning problem. The property manager installed 2 window a/c units while the problem was being worked. We had minor problems that we immediately called to the attention of the property manager. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. So, we opened the window only to find out there was no screen on the window. The main bathroom sink plug was not attached underneath the sink to allow for filling the basin. The freezer door was broken and would not allow the refrigerator to close properly. Not a great way to start a vacation. Dave the maintenance man was very polite and quick to fix whatever he had the parts to fix.

Lovely property. Convenient location and plenty of space to walk our dog. Staff was very helpful and accommodating as well! Clean and comfortable!

Clean, beautiful, easy access to many places

The cottage had everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Newport. We walked over to Newport Vineyard for dinner. The heated saltwater pool was great for a dip in the morning. The place has nice kitchenware to cook if you are so inclined.

Immaculate, very well appointed, the grounds were clean and manicured, information provided for all appliances,Very comfortable bed only suggestion: the stairs, which are wood, need to have trees put on them to avoid falls.

I am from Newport originally but now I live in Indiana. I love this place it felt like home. This place was nicely furnished. The place was clean. The area was quiet.

We stayed 2 nights and the place is great, right outside Newport but close to the winery that we were able to walk to. The accomodations were excellent and provided everything we needed. Definitely going to keep this as a come back to place.

We really enjoyed this cottage. It was clean and very comfortable . Great location to spend a couple of days in RI with our dog.

For an artist who wanted a comfortable place to work and relax, this place was heavenly. The lighting was exceptional, the heating was easy to adjust, the bed was super cushy, the bathroom even had heated flooring! The kitchen was very adequately supplied and everything worked. One small issue with the downstairs TV was addressed by the staff who were super friendly and kind I cannot wait to return!

We stayed five days. The cottage was so cozy and very clean with high end appliances. The area is quiet and lots of grass. Perfect for dog parents. Great location, a short drive to Newport. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom!

My husband and I stayed here for a trip to Newport and it was perfect. Easy 10/15 minute drive into Newport. Close to food stores and all the necessities. Adorable and cozy little neighborhood! Clean and updated. Walkable to the Newport winery next door. Would definitely stay again!

The good = very clean and good location just outside of newport, RI. The not so good was the lack of clarity about the cottage we would be in shars an upstairs so we got to hear partying and clomping noises at all hours. They advertise these are all separate cottages when only some are.beware.

Wonderful area, quaint cottages. Very clean and dog friendly. Amenities were plentiful and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We will definitely be visiting again and recommending this place to friends and family.

Enjoyed staying here as it was a short drive to Newport and salve university. So happy for dog friendly cottage with really fantastic hiking path nearby.

Check in was easy. The cottage itself was clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of room for two adults and our pup. Grounds were well kept. Will definitely be back.

Wish the weather was better but the cottage was beautiful. It was very clean and location was great. It is so nice to find a place so lovely that allows pets. I already started looking to book again for next year.

This cute cottage was very clean and nicely renovated. The location was very good, within a few minutes drive of Newport, and right next door to Newport Vineyards.

Very clean and nice. Perfect sized kitchen, living room and .5 bath on first floor. Nice bedroom full bath on second. Great for dogs, although I didn’t know there was $250 pet rent x2 because it wasn’t in the listing, but, it was still worth it. Great property if you do have dogs. Overall very pleased.

So enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location with lots of stores restaurateurs and Newport beaches just minutes away. The vineyard right next door was a great place to visit. The pool and spa were if you just needed a day to relax without the running around !

Spacious one bedroom, easy parking, convenient to restaurants, town and beach. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom!

We can to Newport for a mini getaway & to run the local marathon. Traveling with pets can be hard - leaving them

This was the perfect cottage for the two of us to relax and stay in. It was super clean. I apprecited the washer and dryer to use as well. We will definitely book here the bext time we are in town!
