This was the perfect property for us! My husband is an early riser so having two floors was great! I prefer to sleep in a little bit so the accommodations were ideal plus very comfortable. The kitchen came equipped and the bathroom had plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

It was an adorable cottage that was clean and close to the Newport Vineyards and shops. I would definitely stay there again!

It was a little offputting to arrive many hours after it had snowed but have nothing shoveled even though management had clearly been there based on footsteps in the snow. There was no way to get inside without getting my feet wet and then there was no way to avoid walking on the nice floors so salt and slush and snow got all over the kitchen floor. A bigger welcome mat or place to put shoes would be helpful. The temperature situation was also a little frustrating… It was 81 upstairs and you have to go through a whole process to figure out that the upstairs and downstairs system both have to be set to either heat or cool or they won’t work at all, so just a little annoying to deal with.

What a cute and perfect place to stay! The cottage was spacious, filled with all the things you need, on a great property, and had a great host who was responsive and kind. We came for a short trip for a wedding, but would love to be back for a longer stay on the property and explore more. 10/10 recommend!!

Clean and attractive property. Very responsive to any questions. All amenities were top notch. Might recommend a folding bench for luggage while you are unloading. Ali’s would be nice to have a chair in the bedroom for watching TV. Other than bed.Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

A convenient location outside of local congestion yet minutes by car to local points of interest.These are beautiful units that had all the amenities.The staff was wonderful, informative and professional. I can't wait to go back!

Nice place , very clean and convenient. Only 2 things, constant music at pool was annoying and bathroom needs a bar for safety reasons, all else was good.

Only a Kurig coffee maker and only a few pods so had to go out and get coffee to get us through the stay sadly- we even brought a bag of coffee but no coffee pot to use and the kurig didn’t work well… otherwise great place and great location - Sofa bed is not comfortable - someone needs to design a sleepable sofa bed…

Loved the condo/cottage. Very clean! Construction right infront of the place was annoying, not the places fault. Perfect for my daughter and I.

We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again.

TV only got local free channels.No icons for app.Otherwise, it was perfect.Quiet inside apartment although there was on a busy road.Winery was convenient but pricey.Would stay again.

We were warmly greeted. The house was very cute. It was nice having a second bathroom. The house was nicely planned with all of the amenities, including a washer and dryer. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Nice location outside of busy city and yet close to all you need for the short stay. Gives you feeling home without locking you into the cage of hotel room. Perfect sizing for the family of 3, super clean and fresh on every detail. Best shower pressure experience. Absolutely recommending.

We stayed at East Island Reserve for our wedding weekend and used the cottage to get ready. Our family and friends loved the space and it was very clean and relaxing. Overall we had a great stay, thank you!

Cute and very comfortable cottage with everything that was needed for a stay. Also, next to the Newport Vineyard to eat.

We came on a Monday and left on the Friday. The cottage was well appointed with the perfect amount of amenities to make our stay pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a heated floor. The location is minutes from stores, restaurants and is easy to get to. We will be back when we come back up here.

We loved our tiny house for 3 nights. The one missing item was a desk in the upstairs. Both my husband and I needed to work remotely each morning and this caused me to need to go to the Adirondack room. it was lovely but my work could have been better aligned with a desk upstairs. my husband sat on the sofa. We hope to return with our other 2 adult children too. Location was great to get to sites in the region. thanks.

The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were wonderful! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our two kids (9 and 11) stayed on the pull-out sofa downstairs and enjoyed having their own 1/2 bathroom and space. The pull-out bed was comfy as well! We only used the small fridge for leftovers and drinks, so not sure about the rest of the appliances, but everything in this home was spotless, and it was a perfect amount of space for a family of four. Having designated parking directly in front of the building was also wonderful after a long day of trying to find spaces in Newport! Being out of the hustle and bustle of the city was great, and we hope to stay here again when we visit the area!

What a cute property! My husband and I made a quick trip to Newport and after our experience we'll definitely be back next year for a full week. The Cottages were perfect! Central to everything we wanted to do and private. I plan on checking out the spa on our next trip. The Winery next door was so convenient and such a good time as well.
