Built in 1925, this cottage features knotty pine throughout, updated bathrooms and kitchen and beautiful waterfront views. Spacious main floor living space opens to beautiful large deck right on Lake Michigan - perfect for enjoying picturesque Lake Michigan sunsets. Family room and plenty of dining space complete this floor.

We had a wonderful time! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling for a big family gathering. The porch overlooking Lake Michigan was a huge hit. Everything was clean and neat.. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

All bedrooms are on the upper level - Master bedroom has a king bed and lake views, additional guest rooms has king bed and 2 bunks rooms with 3 twins each provide space for kids or extra guests. There is a full bath on the main floor and upper level as well.

Extra guest space can be found in the finished studio space located above the detached garage. Sleeping for 4 includes a king bed, 2 twins and a full bath. Unwind in the vintage hanging chair!

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

This is the 4th year that our friends from Oregon, Chicago, New York and Cincinnati have spent time at Tree Tops. We all look forward to this vacation together all year long. We were old roommates and our husbands were fraternity brothers. We like to cook and Tree Tops is equipped with everything you could possibly need! This was again a true relaxing vacation - we slept in, drank coffee at the beach, boated on Spring Lake, low country cookout, cocktails on the deck - it was perfect. These friends are all very well traveled and where do they want to go every year Tree Tops. It is cozy, charming and a true cottage. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to do it again next year.
