Beautiful country villa with luxury swimming pool and relaxing Hot Tub

I had a couple of more than relaxing days here. The cottage is really nice and well equiped. Pool and Jacuzzi are amazing. And having dinner on the terrace while the sun sets is of stunning Beauty. Mel and Neill are perfect hosts. Hopefully I may be back in the future.

Mel and Niel are great host. House was just perfect for us. Only suggestion, better lighting in the kitchen area it’s a bit harsh !! Other than that minor detail … lived our time here.

Had a very relaxing 3 week stay. The property is perfect if you are looking for some peace and quiet in a rural setting. Hosts are very responsive and often checked in via WhatsApp to ensure everything was ok for me. Highly recommended!

The property is well located (just the national road that is near the house and you can sometimes ear the cars passing by). The house is very well equipped. Jacuzzi is great. The pool is fantastic,so big! Just take care of white bikini (there's a product against algea that turns things yellow). We didn't meet the owners but they were always available by WhatsApp. They had prepared wine, cheese, bread, beers,etc... for our arrival. It was very kind. The only thing that disappointed me was the cleanliness in some parts of the house. The rubbish bin wasn't empty,they were spider webs, the kitchen cupboards were not very clean,etc... I only mentioned it when we left because we arrived late on Saturday night and they couldn't have done anything at this time (and I wanted to have a good communication during my stay.) My little 3 years girl plays on the floor and it was not possible to wait for someone to clean. So I did it. I told the owners when we left. They apologized but told me it was not a big deal. I didn't like this reaction. It's sad. We left the house cleaner that it was.

We had a great three week stay, it is so quiet there, great pool, charming villa, well equipped everything you need. Nature is on your doorstop. Saw lots of wildlife, spotted several birds I have never seen before. Neill and Mel were wonderful and friendly hosts, they were able to answer any of our questions, before our holiday and during our stay. Would definitely go back their next time we go to Portugal.

It is a very nice well equipped house with a big garden with lots of privacy. The landlords are really nice and helpful people, they even bought us welcome groceries!

Mel and Neil were both quick to respond to any questions/ queries . The villa had everything you could want / need and more ! The location was perfect for what we wanted , total peace and quiet . A short drive to any bar/ restaurant and also plenty of sights to visit to fill your day with the coast under an hours drive . All facilities were perfect and Mel even provided us with breakfast essentials, wine and beer ! Enough to keep us going for a few days ! Extremely kind of them . Perfect for families or couples looking for undisturbed relaxation . We feel fully recharged . The pool was lovely and the jacuzzi an added bonus for those cooler evenings drinking wine and enjoying the stars . Thank you both Mel & Neil Henry & Emma Gosport Hampshire

We had a wonderful time at the property, everything is comfortable, clean and everything you need. Neil and Mel were on hand if you needed them and they deal with anything immediately. We had a lovely week, pool was great to have each day. Thanks
