Beautiful 1 bedroom in Seabright Beach area

I enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. Shops and restaurants nearby. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for my visit. Check in and out was seamless. Would love to stay again on my next visit.

This little house is amazing. Its location is perfect and it is so cozy. The space is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We really felt at home here. It was a delightful experience

We had a wonderful stay at this small but incredibly cozy house! The location is fantastic—right next to a coffee roaster with amazing coffee, and Seabright Ave is just around the corner, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Seabright Beach is easily accessible, and the boardwalk is just a short distance away.The home itself was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, with a fun upstairs loft that our kids absolutely loved for sleeping. It made the space feel special and perfect for families. Having a driveway was a huge bonus, so we never had to worry about street parking.This place is also perfectly situated as a home base for exploring the nearby redwoods and the surrounding area. On top of everything, the host was extremely accommodating and responsive, which made our stay smooth and stress-free.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot in Seabright.

Everything was wonderful. Well stocked,very comfortable, great location. I felt very safe here, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a close location to my son and his family.

Felt bigger than square footage listed! AWESOME loft. Lots of light. Host has numerous thoughtful details. Verve coffee and pastries across the street. Walk to beach. Clean, open, high-quality everything!

The cabin is adorable. It was very close to the beach and pier. There are restaurant and coffee shops within walking distance. It was absolutely perfect for what my wife and I needed for our stay.

We had an exceptional stay at the Seabright Cottage. This is one of the best-equipped vacation rentals I've ever stayed in, and the rest of my party concurred. We've often found that vacation rentals have frivolous items that take up space OR not enough items to make the stay feel like visiting a friends house; this rental was like the baby bear's porridge - Just Right. The outdoor shower was lovely, and the washer and dryer were a HUGE plus. You can walk to almost all the top touristy spots in Santa Cruz, and the neighborhood is cute as a button. 5 Stars!!

We had a great stay at the Seabright Cottage. The location was perfect for us as our son lives in the neighborhood. The home was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped.

This is our second time staying at this property. We booked our vacation around when the place was available. The property feels like home and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Communication with owner is fantastic. Home is located in a perfect spot for walking to both the harbor or boardwalk. Verve coffee is right across the street with also many places to eat within walking distance if you choose to do so. I highly recommend this property!

Stayed with my daughter for 3 nights. Place is just right in terms of size, and location is great. Host Katrina was very responsive, would definitely recommend.

Cute place with super easy access to Verve for tasty coffee and yummy pastries or restaurants of Seabright. Easy walk to Seabrught beach, the Gulch and the Harbor. Kitchen is well equipped. Also, a nice backyard yard to relax in the evening. Highly recommend for couples!

Nicely renovated small house was fine for my husband and I for a few nights. We made most of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the little gas stove warmed the entire house and was so cheery. We walked to the beach and admired the houses in the area.

I booked this cute cabin last minute as a little weekend getaway for myself. It was a nice place to retreat for a few days and close enough to walk to various points of interest. Highly recommend for solos, pairs, and small families.

The location is great, it is close to the beach and harbor and other places that are fun. It is not a tourist location and I like that. Next to Verve Coffee roasting which makes a nice morning. Close to many local restaurants. Had everything we needed. Would return if we stay in Santa Cruz again.

This beautiful little home is located just a short walk from yummy restaurants and the beach! We were also directly across the street from a great coffee shop. We loved the cozy space and we enjoyed walking down to the ocean and the lighthouse. We would definitely stay here again. Awesome hosts!!

We had a wonderful stay at this 1 bedroom house in Seabright Santa Cruz. We loved the coffee shop (Verve) across the street and went each morning. This location was so close to everything we did. We also were close to the beach and enjoyed walks there. Katrina was great and we had a very smooth check in process.

Awesome place right near everything in Santa Cruz. Cool little beach cabin perfect for a couple to stay in. Comfortable bed, good kitchen, we even used the barbecue. Highly recommend

We stayed for a long weekend in October. Booking and check in were easy and very responsive. The cottage is just right for 2 people, the kitchen was very easy to cook in and well stocked. Ample storage for clothes in the bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised how quiet the neighborhood was overnight. The bathroom sink area is tight if you’re a person who uses a lot of gadgets. The shower was good sized and water pressure was good. The surrounding neighborhood was fun to walk around and see all the different types of houses. The walk to Seabright beach was quick and easy. We received a discount on coffee and pastries from Verve Coffee across the street. We’d stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Only an 8 minute walk to the beach. Glad we found this gem!
