Stayed Jul 29, 2025We were very happy with the house, the amenities, and of course the lake. The house was as advertised and we enjoyed the paddle boards and dock. We were in and out due to a baseball tournament, but we were all very happy with the house!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. The lake views are amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the dock by the water (and my wife and son enjoyed use of the paddle boards on the lake).The owner, Wade, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. His restaurant recommendations were all spot-on for what we were looking for. For our family and needs, this was a great place to relax and sleep and enjoy a little downtime between all of the baseball activities that brought us to Cooperstown — highly recommended!

Stayed May 1, 2025The cottage was cozy and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Although it rained most of our visit we were able to enjoy a trip to The Baseball Hall of Fame and Cooperstown.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The place was nice. It was very cold and not enough heat. When we got there we couldn't figure out the tv. I called the management company who advised the property manager would come out. That never happened. That was disappointing but fortunately we figured it out on our own.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Last year we loved this property and location so much that we booked it again for this year while my grandson played baseball at Cooperstown. It was a great place for the kids to unwind after their games. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding, fishing, and some hiking. The only recommendation that I would suggest is to list the fact that the property has no washer and dryer so that people would be prepared. We were prepared this year, but we struggled a little last year with minimal clothes.

Stayed May 24, 2024We loved, loved this lake home for our family. My children were able to fish from the dock each day and take out the paddle boat and paddle boards. It was the perfect getaway for our family of 5.

Stayed May 20, 2024Yet another stay at this amazing cabin. Owned and operated by a wonderful family. In the 4 or 5 times I've been there has never been a problem. You can't go wrong with this place!
