Walk to Sand Key! 11th-Floor Clearwater Beach Gem

This unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf, we enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony. Great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Everyone in the building was very friendly. The owner was attentive, accommodating and very easy to deal with. We can’t wait to go back.

Owner was very accommodating in providing a crockpot when we inquired if there was one. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Wonderful firm bed. Also liked the covered assigned parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo and magnificent views.

We stayed here for a month, for the second year in a row. The unit was wonderful: spacious, clean, functional with lots of amenities. The condo building right on a terrific--and quiet--beach, affording us wonderful walks and occasional beach days (it was mostly cool). The building is also a short walk to great shops located in a strip mall. On our vacation, we also discovered and visited municipal and county parks, and spent time at the Clearwater Public library and downtown. And fantastic restaurants were nearby. Vitaly, the owner, was always easily available whenever we had a question about the property. A top-notch property and choice.

The condo was everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the pool, tennis court, beach and close proximity to Clearwater Beach and great restaurants. Easy check-in, great communication with host. Would visit again.

The condo was very clean and all the rooms very large. The kitchen was stocked very well. We have not seen as many towels and sheets as were provided here and that was very nice. The grounds are very well kept and it nice and quiet and the condo itself is quiet. There was not a single thing that went wrong during our stay, highly recommend this condo and the area. The only time we needed to talk to the owner was before we went down and he responded promptly and was very helpful

Nice, private beach was relaxing. The nightly sunset was breathtaking whether from the balcony or the beach. Plenty of places nearby to eat. The security guards were very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this property. It was delightful. We had planned on several side trips and it was nice to come back to the condo to a lovely ocean view and a perfect beach. We would definitely stay here again
