Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting 28 San Miguel for many years, and it has always checked all the boxes. It's one of the best locations in Avila. That said, it's time for a facelift. The furniture is the same as it was when we first rented many years ago, and showing its wear. Also, there is a horrible smell coming from the shower drain and under the kitchen sink that is getting worse each year. The ant problem is also an issue and the maintenance team spraying ant spray in the dresser drawers results in your clothes smelling like ant spray. Past that, we enjoyed our stay..

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and location are remarkable, however it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. There was food in the hideaway bed, as well as underneath it. There was a small red stain on the hideaway bed sheets, as well as stains on the master bed pillow case. Lots of cobwebs in the window frames as well.
