Fantastic location across the street from riverside park and a literal stones throw from the river and plenty of dining, drinking and shopping establishments. It's a very clean and comfortable place in a very cool historic building. Could not ask for anything better for a couple.

Loved the location in Salida and staying in a historic hotel. Only thing to note is the trash truck comes earlier morning, so if you want to sleep in it might wake you.

The location of tenderfoot loft couldn’t be beat for us. Right in town with quick access to hiking and biking trails as well as coffee shops, restaurants and shopping was perfect. The loft was well appointed and very comfortable for two. Highly recommend!

We stayed during FIBArt and enjoyed the proximity to the festivities. The place was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was a good communicator. Definitely recommend.

The unit is nicely furnished and fully equipped. Historic location in the middle of lots of restaurants and the Arkansas River Headwaters Recreation Area.

This was my second stay at this loft. Such a relaxing space for my weekend retreat away from work. Great location right near the river, coffee places, restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay at the Tenderfoot loft. Great location in the old Palace Hotel. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Stylish, too. We had a great time skiing Monarch.

We had the best time here. Skied in Breckenridge day one and monarch on day two. Day three was the train ride in leadville. Skiing was great and the train ride was so fun. The loft was perfect. Right in downtown and we could walk to great restaurants in town. All the cute shops are great and everyone is so friendly. Our last night was new years eve and the city had a block party and it was rocking! What a great place to spend with someone you love. Happy new year!

We were in town during Thanksgiving. This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean and the location could not be beat. We could walk everywhere. And the owners let us check in early. We couldn't have chosen a better place.

Our host Cassie was very responsive to all our requests. The place was clean and cute and it is in a perfect location for exploring Salida!
