Superb 1-Bedroom Beach Condo at Seascape Beach Resort in Aptos, CA

Everything you need for a Seascape getaway is here. Check-in and departure instructions were clear & easy to follow. Dishes, coffeemaker, towels, toiletries, even two high-quality beach towels - all present. The 1BR is the perfect size for a romantic getaway for two. No ocean view, but you can hear the waves from the patio. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet, well-maintained place to stay in Seascape, here you go.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and overall had a very nice experience. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and felt well cared for. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. The path was pleasant and made it easy to get out and enjoy the area without driving.Parking was convenient and stress-free, which we appreciated.There were just a few areas where clearer communication would have made the stay even better. The directions to the exact room location were a bit confusing upon arrival, and some additional guidance would have helped. It would also have been helpful to know where to find the ice machine and to have a quick overview of how to use the AC/heater.We also had some trouble with the TV remotes, as they didn’t seem to connect properly in either the main sitting area or the bedroom.That said, these were relatively small issues in an otherwise enjoyable stay. The location, cleanliness, and overall comfort made it a great spot for a relaxing anniversary getaway. Thank You

Room was comfortable and well equipped, area was lovely!

No communication from property manager. I messaged about issues and there was silence. I know this is just really really bad timing, but the Smoke detector began beeping and saying low battery every minute at 3 AM. We had to go out and purchase batteries. I thought that would get us a message back, but no. The fridge is shot and doesn’t seal. There was no hand soap in the house. Had to purchase our own as well.

Comfortable Condo with a very nice walk to the beach. We tried the Resort Restaurant and found excellent food with a very friendly staff. We found just a couple minor repairs needed at the Condo. We enjoy our stay!!!

Place was clean

Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay.

Overall we loved our stay! Such a beautiful place and it was nice having more space and amenities than just a hotel. We wish w has been informed that when booking privately you don’t get to enjoy some of the amenities such as the golf cart to and from the beach (it’s quite a walk with a bunch of beach stuff.) Most of the stuff was great and still allowed us to ride. Not a huge issue we just weren’t aware before staying.

What a beautiful resort, sitting on the ocean with many activities and walking paths. Loved the village shops close by and the breathtaking sunsets by the pool. Condo had everything we needed with comfy beds and pillows. Owner answered any questions quite promptly. Would love to stay again!

The place looked exactly how it was advertised. Very close to the beach which was perfect for sunset evenings. Very quiet and clean. Would stay again.
