Stunning Oceanfront villa with gorgeous views!

The property is in a great location with a great view and it was clean. The use of a golf cart and bbq makes for good facilities. It is expensive - it’s not a hotel, it’s an apartment with a great view but not the ease of hotel, but the cost is closer to a high end hotel. Overall it was great, but in future I would consider other options due to the high price point.

Pretty villa

It’s truly stunning the view from this condo. The place itself is large, comfy, and nicely decorated. The only thing I wish can improve is the towels in the master bathroom, they look like collecting dust from not being used for a long while.

Nice location with a beautiful view. Nicely decorated rooms with everything you need. The hardware can use some update though. Drain in the bath tub does not work. Hot water went out very fast. One person took a bath, then there is no hot water for the other two person who also needed shower. There is an ant problem. Finally, I wish the host will consider not having guests top off the gas for the golf cart. It’s a hassle to drive all the way out to gas station. Those carts are very efficient. They don’t use that much gas. We drove out quite far to add one gal of gas.

High, elevated, stunning view. Can be challenging to bring luggages up so many steps.

Lovely condo with fabulous views. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. Beds were very comfortable. (Even the pull-out in the living room was excellent.) Fully equipped kitchen, high quality appliances. It's multi-level...1-2 steps to move from room-to-room, but that is reasonable since the condos are built on such a steep slope. This particular unit requires 53 steps to reach it so may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Wonderful overall, though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The view is amazing! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. The golf cart was key. The property is off the main town a bit, so the golf cart was really handy for getting down the hill for restaurants and activities. There were tons of amenities in the complex to keep you busy as well. My only complaint is that if you are using the sofa bed, there are no curtains on the surrounding windows so you may have trouble sleeping if you're sensitive to light, albeit from the moon or when the sun comes up. Other than that, comfy, spacious, and as advertised.

Excellent villa and wonderful location, especially compared to other villas where this was close to the pool, gym, and volleyball/beach area. Rooms, balcony, layout were spectacular, clean, and absolutely lovely. My family with 3 kids ranging from age 7-15 all had an amazing time. Would highly recommend coming back. Golf cart access is a huge bonus and so fun to drive!Only additional feedback I recommend adding to the listing is to be clear about the property being on hills, so no elevators are there to this villa with lots of steps to walk up from the golf cart parking up to the room (helpful if you are looking for villas and have senior citizens or those with disabilities). Lastly, helpful to know that there is only one gas station that is on the opposite side of town, since we have to fill the gas tank of the golf cart before we leave

OMG the place is amazing. the whole hamilton cove is beautifull.. felt like Greece, the condo was quite, comfy and nicely designed. We are totally going back.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and numerous amenities. Went with the kids for spring break and we did not get bored. The views were spectacular and everything was super comfortable. The included golf cart was everything! We were able to stay in the peace and quiet of the neighborhood but venture out to Avalon for tons of activities.

Not a great stay. First off we had to cut the trip short by a day and never once did the owner make any efforts to refund us. Upon arrival there were many issues. The beds are small and there are only 2. The sheets are worn thin. Several throw pillows were moldy. The place just was not up to par for such an expensive price. Will definitely not come back. Also there is no hear and when we plugged in the portable heaters the fuse blew and I could not find the fuse box for awhile and my teenage daughter and friends were in the dark.

Loved the villa - very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Nice to have the golf cart included with rental as it is a 10 minute ride to Avalon. Great view of the water too! The property is kept very clean! Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely residence. Super close to the pool. Close to the beach. Beautifully adorned house, not cheesy. Not sure exactly how many steps but not many steps down to the gold cart (21-25?)We will surely come back and stay longer at this Villa. We love our time at Hamilton Cove and have stayed at probably 10-15 different residences. This is in the too 3 for location, cleanliness, and appeal. Thanks Amber!

This is a beautiful location! It was so nice sitting out on the balcony enjoying breakfast or lunch with the most amazing views of the ocean. The condo accommodates our family of 6 people comfortably with all the needed amenities to make you feel at home. The golf cart came handy for groceries but we really enjoyed the not so far walk to town, caught sights of a few deers walking off our paths. The few flight of stairs were fine for us but it’s something to think about if it’s a problem for you. Overall wonderful experience great stays!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was pretty hard to get to, we had a relative pick us up on their golf cart to take us to check in and there were no way finding indicators, we got lucky finding it. All of the taxi drivers have the property memorized though! It was well-stocked and very comfortable. The floors could use a deep clean but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here!

This was our fourth time renting on the island and this was our first time in Hamilton Cove and was by far the nicest location yet with the best amenities. We had such a beautiful view right from our balcony! My husband and I, 2 daughters and their friends were very comfortable and were glad to be close to the pool and gym. It was very peaceful being a little bit away from the center of town but not too far. We were very glad to have the golf cart to get around but even enjoyed a nice walk to town one morning for coffee.

I am in love with the home

This place had everything we needed for our family. Adults loved it and so did the teens. Pool, private beach etc. Lots of steps and the golf cart needs some work but that was no big deal.
