Clean, well stocked kitchen. Easy, walkable access to downtown and the grocery store. Not air conditioned so a bit warm the first day but otherwise we were comfortable. Laundry is separate downstairs and there is a charge. Overall we would stay there again!

Nice space and a good location. Comfortable sleeping conditions. Best for a family not 4-6 adults. Needs some TLC - many things need some up keep/repair. Ice maker, Door knob, Toilet, sink. No Pool was a disappointment after a long day in town. Wish it was not listed on amenities.

We had a great time. I’m not sure what the deal is with an empty pool and jacuzzi. The men,that rented the condo next to us .were very loud and kept everyone up Saturday night. Should get beach towels and pot holders for the condo.

Wish I had stayed home. Don't stay here if your search includes air conditioning. There is none in this place but will show up in your search as it is advertised with air conditioning. This unit was very hot even with three ceiling fans AND three noisy floor fans running 24-hours during our 3-day rental. (There was nothing else available for us to move to) The afternoon sun blasts into the living room and master bedroom. We had to keep the drapes closed all afternoon and never got a good night's sleep. Chose to grill out as not to start the oven and only the back burners work on the outdoor grill and there is no spatula. Also, pool/spa were closed due to COVID-19 (no fault of the owner) After contacting the owners they stated that, I made an honest mistake in not reading the listing carefully and that they have ceiling and floor fans. Air CIRCULATION is not air CONDITIONING as it is advertised. Also, I concur with other reviews that the street is a constant source of golf carts emitting exhaust penetrating into the open windows and slider door that we were forced to leave open due to the heat. Carts were passing by even after midnight. The TV's didn't work upstairs. UPSIDE? The place was clean but wasn't able to check in until 4:30 pm due to the cleaning crew being there.

Looked newly remodeled. The downstairs living room throw carpet is completely stained and looks dirty. The front door deadbolt lock did not line up with the strike plate and was difficult to lock the door. Needs an adjustment. Would still definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for my family of four. My mom and dad got their own space, I got my own room and my brother was super excited about the “Harry Potter” bed haha. They had everything stocked and clean. It was relatively quiet, aside from construction within the complex. We would definitely stay there again.

We had the worst experience with this place from the time we booked and checked in. First of all the manager of the place will never respond to you on time. I am pregnant and have 9 year old and 22 months old. We were waiting on the streets to find the place so we can leave our luggage in. But she didnt respond immediately.We wanted to quickly use the washroom before we cae back to check in and noticed the upstairs flush wasnt working and you dont want to know what we saw there. I messaged the manager to let her know we saw this and hoping she would fix this. But it wasnt. She responded back 4 hours later by then it was already late. So we slept in the master bedroom with flush not working but that wasnt it. The fan in the Master bedroom wasnt working , 2 nd bedroom remote was missing (we couldnt use any other remote as it wouldt work), Upstairs bathroom cold water wash basin tap was broken, (Ice machine and water machine attached to the fridge was broken, The sheets in the downstairs bed wasnt changed, sofa had hair as it wasnt cleaned properly, couldnt find iron and they didnt have enough towels for the first day. It was a stressful experience.They replaced the remote , fixed the toilet the next day and gave extra towels the next day but our first day was over and we were checking out the following morning at 11.I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone but specifically if you kids. No crib was provided and no early check in or check out was available,if you need it

The home was very clean and very roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Wifi was easy to access. The home was a short walk to Crescent Avenue and Pebbly Beach Road. Everything - restaurants and stores - were an easy and convenient walk to this home.

The property was not clean when we arrived. We were put in contact with the lady supervising the property, and she brought in the cleaning people. We were out while they cleaned, but we weren't impressed by their efforts. They didn't empty the trash either.

Condo was in a great location! It was well taken care of. Good decor and spacious. We had a couple issues. The pictures show ceiling fans in most if the rooms, but the one in the smaller bedroom doesn’t work. Made it a bit stuffy. Quite of few outlets only had one working (top or bottom) Not huge a deal but definitely inconvenient. The pool was not heated and sometimes was not open by 9am like the signs states.

We loved the location. Easy access to trails leading back to the conservatory but also within walking distance to everything you could want to do. We enjoyed being a bit further away from the main street because it meant nice quiet nights. The property manager was quick to respond by text and very helpful! Thank you!

Lovely clean property, but it gets farther from the beach each time for us oldsters, lol. Love the pool and hot tub. Ceiling fans upstairs missing batteries that apparently could not be had nearby, so upstairs smaller bedroom warm, even with door open and small floor fan.Having to list exact names of what 6 people would be in house seemed a bit odd.

Stay here during the Catalina Wine Mixer. The place is in a great location. Didn’t even need to use a golf cart. Place was a little warm but overall great place!

I stayed here in the spring with my parents and two daughters. It's on the outskirts of town but the town is so small that my mom had no trouble walking here from the ferry terminal (she's in her late seventies with only average mobility for her age). Super close to the one grocery store and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

The place was clean and spacious . The location was decent being about a 7-8 min walk to the downtown area . Kids loved the swimming pool. Tried to go to the pool the last day, but the door to the pool was locked despite it being past the time it was supposed to be open. All together a nice stay!

Our 2nd visit to Catalina after 30 years. This time we brought our daughter and grandson. The condo was reasonably priced, a great location and had a pool and hot tub to use. The unit was clean, a perfect size for the 4 of us, a very comfortable mattress, and a friendly and responsive property manager who helped us navigate a new tv!Our only criticism was the absence of hand soap and Kleenex. We eventually got some small soap bars, but with a baby, hand soap would have been better, along with Kleenex!!Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again this year!attentive resounding

I came to Catalina island with 2 friends to run the marathon. We had a great stay. The location of the property was very close to everything. It was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely chose this property again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very comfortable for five of us. The pool, jacuzzi, jacuzzi tub were all nice features. There was enough pots, pans, plates, etc for the stay. The location also worked out. Would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

It’s a great place. Wonderful pool and close to town to walk and scuba dive.

We were there for a long weekend and a wedding. It was walking distance to downtown and the ferry. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a quiet area at night. We did not use the kitchen or TVs but everything looked nice and everything was there to use if needed. There was a nice patio and balcony to sit on and the ceiling fans kept everything cool. Overall a great experience.

Great complex and had everything we needed.

We loved the hot tub and pool. The grocery store was just a short walk away and room 5 was very close to pool. The steep stairs up to bedrooms were a bit hard for elderly couple but doable.

Everything was great but the ice maker did not work
