This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom condo offers privacy and is easy walking distance to town. A spacious master suite on the third floor has a king size bed and a full bath. The main living area, on the middle entry level, has a half bath, kitchen with pass through to dining table, and a living room with sliders to a private deck for dining. The Queen futon bed/sofa is in the living room. A spacious patio with BBQ grill and table for four is just outside the front door. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has twin beds. The large walk-in shower has custom tile work. There is wireless internet and a complimentary golf cart with this property. A total of 1235 sq. ft. ** Sol Vista Pool Hours are 3:00pm - 7:00pm** 63SV | | Some restrictions may apply.
