The location is perfect for a beach vacation with great views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy the best of both worlds as you take in Florida's beautiful sunrises and breathtaking panoramic views from your completely private 8th floor balcony overlooking Clearwater Beach and the Intercoastal waters in the daytime and the city lights of Clearwater at night. This pristinely updated, open, larger1-bedroom model features ceramic tile and laminate flooring, updated kitchen lighting, gorgeous custom kitchen cabinetry with granite countertops/large island, tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances.

The bathroom has granite countertops, double sinks, and a fully tiled shower tub with a glass folding door. The bedroom features a large closet and beautiful views of the Gulf.

There are many great amenities at Regatta Beach Club, including a Fitness Center, Theater Room, Library, Game Room with billiards/table tennis, 24-hr Front Desk Staff, Shuffleboard Courts, Olympic Sized Swimming Pool, Barbecue Areas and Pavillion, and Beach Access. A laundry room is nearby on the same floor for ease of access.

Regatta Beach Club is the northernmost condominium high rise, putting you within reach of both the dynamic public beaches to the south and the wild, natural beaches to the north. Either direction you walk on the beach from Regatta Beach Club will give you a memorable beach experience.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must also be one of the occupants.
3 Month '90 day' Minimum Rentals 'Whole months only'.
14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval.
Lease application and Tenant Check to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 application fee after booking has been approved. You will be required to provide your SSN.
No Smoking. - Up to $500.00 charge for smoking in the unit.
No Parties.
No Trailers.
