Everything was awesome. Watching dolphins from the balcony was really cool.

The condo needs some work. The beds were very uncomfortable that we had to go buy a mattress pad and the king size guest bed made so much noise every time one of us moved it woke the other one up. There was mold on the bottom of the outside guest bathroom shower and the hinges were falling off the bathroom door so you had to slam it to get it closed. The toilet lid in the third bathroom was falling off. The last day we tried to swim there was dog poop in the pool so I contacted someone but they never got back to us. Definitely one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed.

The apartment is perfect for two or three couples. It's really comfortable and well placed. Everything was clean and organized. It's very equipped with good forfeitures and kitchen tools. It also has beach stuff.

First, the condo is so beautiful and tons of space. Having bathrooms for each individual room was a great feature as well. Sitting in the morning drinking coffee on the porth looking at the bay was so relaxing and peaceful. It was a small walk to the beach but could park close as well. There are tons of places to eat and shop near by. I will absolutely request this place again when we come back to Clearwater. And we will be back to Clearwater! Best Family vacation we have taken.

We loved our stay! Check in was extremely easy! Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked with utensils. Location is amazing. We had an issue with a wobbly bed and maintenance cane and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.

This Condo is huge! Very clean, spacious, and well stocked for our two families for the week. The bedrooms and bath rooms were super spacious especially the Master Suite. The balcony view from the Master Suite and living room, were beautiful and the balcony was a great place where we spent a lot of time. Sunrises were fantastic sitting out there as well! This condo is just off the beaten path and on the southern end of the island, but it was perfect to get to everything. We had our own parking space, but there was plenty of parking for our son's truck in the Guest spots. Pool was incredibly clean and felt amazing to be in. I cannot say enough great things about this condo. I highly recommend it especially if you need space for smaller children. The only thing it does not have, is items to take to the beach. You will need to bring your own chairs or buy/rent them there. You can rent the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. You will not be disappointed with this condo. Thank you for a wonderful week and memories as a family!

I have stayed in 5 different condos in the same building - I would rate this one 6/10. The good bad and ugly - the good is that condo building is alway amazing for walkable and has a nice pool. The size and layout of condo is great value and huge! The deck furniture was some of the best we have had.The bad is that the condo has very poor quality beds, the worst pillows ever and very spar e on kitchen supplies. No serving dishes, not enough silverware for 6 people and only 3 usable pots and pans ( there are more but are old and gross)The ugly - I had to call management on the first day as only 1 towel and wash cloth available per person - should always be at least two per person, they did send them over but not until noon the next day. There was also no extra pillows, blankets or sheets so if we would have wanted to use the pull out couch we would have had to call management again!There is also mold in all three bathrooms, the washer button has to be held to make it start, the spa tub does work and the shower head in master bath is very weak.Over all we had a nice vacation but I will never rent this unit again.

Cannot say enough how great this stay was. The place is within 1 mile both to the north and to the south of so many restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. It was very clean, the rooms were spacious, the furniture was very comfy, and the hosts (and previous guests) were generous with the toiletries provided. 5 stars!

The pictures of the property were spot-on accurate! This is a beautiful, spacious property. Very clean. The location was great. Saw a beautiful sunrise every day from our balcony. Can’t say enough about it. We would definitely come back here again and again! Great communication from our host Kevin. We highly recommend it.
