Located on First Street, this loft is the perfect destination to enjoy the best that Salida has to offer! Just outside your door, you will find Historic Downtown Salida. Shop the many clothing boutiques and antique stores, dine in our amazing local restaurants, and take a peaceful stroll along the Arkansas River. All Pinon homes are vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

    This property is in the perfect location that is true. We were able to walk all over town and drive to ski. It was a bummer that most shops closed so early (4 or 5pm) even on the weekend. The listing says it's for 4 people, which is really misleading. Two adults and two small children can fit but not 4 adults. My 8 year old daughter's legs hung off the couch and it's not really a pullout bed but sections put together. There were also crumbs in the couch, which was gross. Also, not all of the dishes were clean when taking them out, but I guess that's what happens when you tell your guests to do their own dishes. The biggest issue and why we wouldn't go back is because the hot water ran out sooo fast! After a full day of skiing only one person could take a shower and even then the water would turn cold on them. This made things difficult to say the least. Lastly, I just felt it was tacky to place a tip envelope by the door as the first thing to see upon entering. Am I supposed to tip for a clean place to stay in? Shouldn't that be the standard? Especially, when I am paying a cleaning fee on top of washing towels, running the dishwasher, emptying the trash, and leaving the place as I left it.

    It was definitely as advertised. A very nice clean, quiet, well appointed condo right on main street. Off site parking close by. You do need to be able to walk up the stairs to the second floor, just in case. I would stay there again.

    Location is great but it’s important to read that it’s street parking only. So you have to move your car a few times a day if you’re not going anywhere. And I wish that local tv channels were accessible for those of us that don’t have cable and just want local stuff.

    My husband and I enjoyed a week in Salida and this was the perfect jumping-off point to all that Salida has to offer! Loved being able to walk everywhere. The unit itself was perfect for the 2 of us - very comfortable and cute! We only cooked dinner in one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bed/bedding was very comfortable! One thing we didn’t realize is the this unit is on the back side of the building. So the living room windows look out toward the entrances of a few apartments on the other side of the courtyard below rather than looking out over the Main Street. The upside is that it’s very quiet being off of the main drag. Overall was a fantastic stay in a fun town! Great property, perfect location!

    Perfect spot in downtown Salida!! Walk to everything and forget the car. Clean and well maintained unit that was perfect for my wife and I. Could easily accommodate a small family (2 kids) by utilizing the couch in the main room. We hiked and biked right from the front door and Safeway is just around the corner for those wanting to save a penny or two from having to dine out.
