Stayed Jul 19, 2019This second floor, walk-up apartment is in a perfect location in Middletown - walkable to the beach, the start of the cliff walk and several restaurants, including Flo’s Clam Shack (excellent!). It also is a very short drive to downtown Newport and all of its attractions. The apartment itself is extremely clean and comfortable and perfectly fine albeit a little dated. The kitchen was very useful and the beds extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who needs a casual apartment in Middletown/Newport.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo is lovely! Spacious enough yet cozy for a multi day visit. Everything needed was provided, was spotless and comfy! Close to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Couldn't ask for a nicer more convenient place. The owners cannot do enough for you. Reasonably priced and privacy. Skip a hotel and stay here! You will not be disappointed!
