Stayed Apr 5, 2023Very quiet and clean. Walk to best sugar sand beach! Close to restaurants. Sand Festival is great fun. Band and street performers daily. Reasonable rate and staff extremely personable.

Stayed Mar 18, 2021The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful in replacing used supplies (towels, etc...) as needed without entering the room. The location was excellent and just on the south end of the Clearwater Beach attractions. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Great location, across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and Pier. We have stayed at Pelican Point on and off over the years and first time in this unit. Only negative is the condo unit looked like they were still fixing the unit as the ceiling was peeling off and not finished painting in the bathroom under the sink
