Stayed May 7, 2025Pros- affordable and close to the beach. It was as clean as it could be. Friendly staff. Cons- smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you walk outside of your room. There was a sign stating they were turning into a non smoking property, so hopefully this won’t be an issue for future guests. Dated interior. My son was unable to take a bath due to the condition of the tub (stained/rusted). Our sheets were clean, but boxspring was in poor condition and stained.

Stayed May 15, 2021We truly enjoyed our stay. Pelican pointe was walking distance to the beach and a variety of bars/restaurants. It was so relaxing... everything we wanted!! The staff were kind and the room was clean and cozy. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed Apr 17, 2021The property was well taken care of and close to everything. The bed was super comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I. The pool was great and clean as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jan 21, 2020Pelican Pointe is directly across the street from the beach and one of the most desired resorts in Clearwater Beach- Opal Sands Resort! Room was Exactly as advertised. Only issue is needs more light over kitchenette area, but perfect in all other aspects.
