I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time renting this beach house, and seeing the ocean and hearing the waves everyday was awesome. It is Centrally located and close to Capitola, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Monterey. The unit is perfect for 3 couples and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: The spot I have rented twice is the perfect spot for a calming view of the ocean. The apartment is well-supplied with kitchen utensils, and even with lots of games. Lots of privacy, too, if several guests.

Reviewer Comments: Seeing the ocean and hearing the waves everyday was made our stay in Aptos awesome! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a big plus for 3 couples. Unit had everything we needed for cooking, for spending time with family , and for doing laundry if needed. We were all very comfortable !
