Big and comfortable apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood

A below average apartment, lacking in a lot of simple facilities one would expect. The noise from the trains is incredible both day and night. Too hot to close the windows and too noisy to keep them open. The place had potential but missed out on so many small items.

Wonderful apartment in beautiful Gexto. Well appointed and large for a extended family. Parking is good. Proximity to train to explore Bilbou is a real plus. Wonderful stay thank you

The property was very spacious and very well situated. The public transport was superb and the beach had facilities for anyone with a disability. Oihane was available by text for any queries. We had a fabulous holiday.

We spent a week with our kids and friends. The apartment is very well located to walk in Getxo and to go to Bilbao with the metro. The apartment is large and accommodates 8 people very comfortably, with large leaving and dinner space. Due to ongoing work in the building and the place itself it was considerably dusty. The place would do with a deep cleaning, but a part the dust rest was nice, clean and reasonably new. We enjoy our stay and would definetly suggest it to others.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at this spacious, well-maintained property. Oihane, our host, was very prompt in replying to our queries and in giving great recommendations for local places to eat. We would highly recommend this property which enhanced our stay in Bilbao.

I have filled this out twice now. But let me say again. The place was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was clean and spacious. Right on the Negeri tram line so convenient to get into town. Highly recommend

It was a great location for visiting Bilbao and environs. Good restaurant and market within walking distance. Easy walk to Metro rail which is very easy to use. One down check was the mildew/mold smell in the dining room. Fortunately the area could be isolated by sliding doors. The owner is in the process of correcting the problem.

The location of this apartment is fine. The apartment itself was far below expectations due to: - Apartment was located in the basement, -Continuous (day and night) noise disturbance of the metro and air planes, -Noise disturbance of neighbors from the upper apartments: refurbishments, walking during the night, crying baby) -We were not able to use the dining room because of the awful smell of humidity in that room, -Poorly equipped kitchen (no bowls, no wine glasses, lack of cutlery) -View on the metro line: It wasn't an underground and passes 6 meters behind the apartment about 10 times per hour, -Not all bedding, table cloth and linen were washed and clean. We will never come back here and do not recommend it.
