This complex features a spacious pool area with lots of space for sunning and an adjacent fitness center and club house.

Situated right into the heart of Clearwater Beach it is only a short walk to enjoy the “Sunsets at Pier 60” Celebration held each evening with arts, crafts and entertainment. Just past the Pier is the top of Beach Walk with a wide and winding promenade down the length of South Clearwater Beach. You are also close to fun shopping and top notch restaurants. No Smoking.

    Very nice condo but location is directly over the staff parking lot and dumpster location of the Hilton Hotel.

    We had a very enjoyable time in Papaya 603. The condo was clean, spacious, has nice furniture and the kitchen was equipped well with a few exceptions. The pool, club house, lobbies, etc. were top notch. The staff of the condo were efficient and pleasant, especially the security guards. This is definitely a high-end building. Our only complaint is that there is no shade or blinds in the living room. At that time of year the sun sets very low. It was impossible to sit in the living room just before sunset. Also, the setting sun made the room extremely warm. A addition of a ceiling fan might have helped. We would highly suggest the owner invest in a window covering which would also protect the furniture from the extreme sun. On the matter of the noise from the Hilton, the very early morning clanging of cans, trucks, etc. did not bother us since we are early risers. However, there were at least five weddings during our stay and the late night music and shouting was quite annoying. Obviously, no blame for the noise factor. Mandalay Beach Club ... a very nice place to stay!

    The noise from the Hilton Hotel was outrageous(buses deliveries,trash dumpsters ,wedding reception band music)Iwould never stay on that side of thePapaya tower. The staff from the realator 's office was outstanding The unit was clean and well equipped.

    The month that my husband and I spent here was absolutely wonderful! This was the second year we stayed here, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The location is perfect....the beach and downtown restaurants and shopping are within feet of your condo.The staff is super helpful and the amenities are many. The building and grounds are spotless and well maintained. I would recommend this destination to anyone in a heartbeat.

    We absolutely love the Mandalay Beach Club, we want to return there next year. The place is gorgeous and the location is awesome. The only suggestion we would make is the consideration of an upgraded coffee maker.......and warmer weather(lol)!

    This unit was lovely - every amenity possible. The appliances and furniture were top-notch. The only suggestion would be to provide better lighting - no ceiling fixtures in dining/living room - made the space a bit dim. The balcony provided gorgoeus views of the gulf and was a warm haven on those very cool February days. The only other negative would be the noise (ie, dumpster, cleaning) from the Hilton; obviously this is not a negative on Mandalay, but would be a consideration for future visits.
