Luxury Waterfront Townhouse, Private Hot Tub , Weekend Rentals

Location was super and the home very well equipped. Host was helpful with my questions.

We had a great stay at this property. We loved the location, hot tub , the open concept and the restaurants/shops across the street. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock in the back. We will be back !

Beautiful rental! We had a great time!

The area out back is absolutely amazing! Sitting out there at all times of the day while our son fished, was the highlight of the stay. Incredibly relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and the rental had everything we needed. Captain Al is a fantastic host and answered any and all questions. Right across the street is a great pub and the pizza place a block over is awesome! Thanks so much Al!

Great location, short, walk to get to the trolley and go up and down the boulevard. The house is beautiful right on the bay good water views.

Perfect place to hang out in the mornings and evenings! Right on the bay…egrets and dolphins!! It was so easy to walk out the front door and walk to Sand Key or all the way to Downtown Clearwater. Capt. Al was super nice and helpful!! I texted several times before getting there and he always answered. We will be back!!

We enjoyed the comfortable, quiet & nicely decorated condo near Clearwater Beach. The view of the waterway was awesome. Just a short drive to a beautiful beach at Sand Key & a short walk to shops & restaurants.

Beautiful view. Comfortable home. Within walking distance to all the places we needed to be. Quiet and safe area. Property manager very responsive and ensured everything was ready.

Nice place!

Nice place with everything you need. Conveniently located to restaurants and happenings. The cleaning crew did not do a good job before our arrival. The owner was quick to respond and offered to have them come back. We were only staying 2 nights so I didn’t bother. The owner did give me a small credit towards the cleaning fee.

Captain Al is awesome. He took us boating and showed us some cool islands and toured the bay and parts of the Gulf. The property is in a great spot and had tons of things to do within walking distance. Really good vacation for me and the family.

It was a beautiful property. My grandson enjoyed son up to sundown fishing just steps away from the property. The park beach was incredible for five dollars. Great friendly memories.

The condo was exceptionally nice. It was way more bang for our buck than we imagined. Very nice waking up every day lover looking the bay with dolphin swimming around highly recommend

A++++, great place, great price, allowed for early check in, and the checkout responsibilities were the easiest I’ve ever seen!
