Luxury 5-Star Waterfront: Spacious 3 BR/Ba w/Pool, Hot Tub, Views! Walk to All

We so enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s condo. She is so friendly and accommodating, answered all our questions in a timely manner! The condo is just beautiful and in a great location. We walked to almost everything we wanted to do. We stayed for a week and all the amenities were provided. The heated pool and hot tub were added attractions!!

It is a wonderful location. It is walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. There is a marina close by that does sunset cruises. The condo has lots of room and the wrap around deck is awesome. The owner answered all questions promptly. I highly recommend this condo.

We loved the place. The condo was cleaned and very spacious, the kids loved it. Love the location, it was nice and quiet, and it was only 5 mins walk to the beach. Highly recommended!!

This was an excellent property - within walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants and ice cream shops which is a MUST for my daughter! The unit had virtually everything you could need (including items I routinely have to buy like extra garbage bags, pump hand soap, kleenex, toilet paper!). It was honestly fantastic!

The condo is conveniently located for beach activities. Pool was a plus for the hot summer days! Enjoyed the specious condo for game nights and dinners.

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is well stocked and much larger in person than the pictures depict. Walking distance to everything, very close to the beach. We saw a manatee from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were clean and often we were the only ones using it. Shawn is a great host, very responsive. We will definitely be back!

This property was extremely spacious and comfortable. It fit our family perfectly. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen was wonderful. Full of extras to make our stay enjoyable! Easy communication with the owner and cleaning service.

Spacious and open floor plan provided ample space for our family to spread out, relax and enjoy. Beds and furniture are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. The condo really had everything we wanted and needed. Having a in unit laundry room was a bonus too. The building itself was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub provided a relaxing environment. The location is excellent, 2 blocks away from everything- beach, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. Shawn was tremendous about communicating and super helpful. He was personable and simply lovely to work with. I honestly didn’t want to leave! A great place to stay!

Great location great condo weather could be warmer

This is a beautiful condo, large in size and close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Ideally laid out for our family with x 2 teenagers, (shared room with ensuite), elderly mother (own room with ensuite) and for myself and husband (Own room with ensuite). Suited us all down to the ground. All the things you will need for an enjoyable stay are provided, we even asked if there was a clothes airier - which initially there wasnt but the host very kindly ordered a brand new one and had it delivered to us. We stayed for 3 weeks in clearwater - leaving middle of holiday to spend a few days in Universal and then return back to clearwater. Was lucky to see dolphins and manatees in the bay which was lovely. The condo was lovely and clean, the available air con was definitely needed. Enjoyable holiday had by all - we are all missing walking down to the beach - and missing the beautiful sunsets. Host - communication excellent. Condo easy to find from airport. Perfect size for a family of 5.

We had a fabulous week staying at this beautiful condo. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We saw manatee and dolphins from the balcony which was fun. The location was the best part. Everything you could possibly want was within a few minutes walk. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and the beach were all within a couple of minutes walk. We enjoyed walking up to the corner ice cream shop for our nightly snack. There’s a doughnut shop about a block away called Parlor Doughnuts that was amazing. Enjoyed the tiki bar at Shepherds as well as Jimmy’s Fish House, Crabby’s and French’s. The condo was clean and one of the best stocked places we have stayed. There was a beach cart, umbrella and beach towels which came in handy. Shawn was a great host and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful week and would definitely love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was spread out enough to have privacy yet so close that everyone was included. The little extras that were included were great like a wagon to take to the beach and beach chairs. It was so nice to have those things. There were many other things available that we did not use but were there for guests. WE ALL RATE it 10/10. There were 8 adults who have all stayed many places and truly enjoyed our stay. The memories we made were the best and we cant thank Shawn enough. Highly recommend staying here.

This condo was perfect! The location is great! It is a short 2 block walk to the beach & beach wagon & toys/football/fishing poles were available. Saw the resident manatee a few times in front of condo. View from 3rd level was good - could see the gulf! Only complaint is we wished the grill was bigger as we wanted to grill a few evenings. We had 3 adults, 2 teens & 3 pre-teens - plenty of room!
