Luxury 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo - Steps To Beach & Town

Amazing! Fantastic location, very clean, had all of the beach equipment we needed (chairs, wagon, sand toys, etc), and Leslie was very communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

Great location and very comfortable. We accidentally left our sons swimsuit there and the owners mailed it back to us right away, super nice!

This property is very conveniently located just a half block from all the main Avila Beach attractions - and the beach itself. The home itself has a very well appointed kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you could need during your stay. Our group consisted of two couples, and this place was perfect.

Check in was real simple. Proximity to the beach was great. It was a very nice stay with all amenities we needed. I was just surprised there was no cable box in the main room only the bedrooms had cable.

The property was a great location to walk and do things only one block away. Was perfect space for two adult couple's to stay with separate bathrooms and full kitchen and living room. This place was very clean and would stay here again.

We had the best family vacation at Leslie’s Avila Beach place. Leslie gave us check-in details well in advance. The condo was amazing! It was very clean - and well stocked with kitchen supplies and BBQ. We were walking distance beach and all the shops/restaurants - plus Bob Jones trail, Avila ridge for hikes, and Mulligans for some live music! Great to have the garage space too since parking can be challenging! We can’t wait to book our next stay with Leslie in Avila Beach!

Booking was easy and so was talking to our sweet host throughout the booking process. Our sweet host told us that there were beach chairs along with beach toys for my kiddos to enjoy upon arrival. It was easy to check in, and I could not believe how clean her beautiful condo was, not to mention the place was so well thought out and well stocked for any needs that you would need as a guest. She gave us tips on what to do over the busy Fourth of July weekend and we loves the dog parade along with the farmers market. I cannot wait to stay here again with our family. The location of this place is literally walking distance to the beach if you do end up booking this place, you will see why I gave her five stars.

Loved this property. The owner was very quick to respond and help. I loved the little notes around the house for help/reminders. We will definitely stay again. My two kids (2yr old and 11 month old) had a great time. Loved being so close to the beach. Thank you!

This VRBO was everything it was listed to be and more — one minute to the boardwalk and beach. The design, decor, and comfort of the condo were exactly as listed and exceeded our expectations! Absolutely every detail was provided with perfection (literally)! We highly recommend!

The home is fantastic. It's great space for a vacation property, and is extremely well appointed. They thoughtfully have Beach toys and games on hand, and have plenty of towels, toiletpaper, and even organizet first aid and handyman kits. It was very clean, organized and I have pretty high standards!And the location really can't be beat. The neighborhood was very busy the summer weekend we stayed, but it was just the experience we wanted.

This was a perfect spot for our family in the cute beach town of Avila. The townhouse is clean and comfortable and the location could not be more perfect! The host was so easy to work with and really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equiped, beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, couldn't ask for anything more from this awesome spot! Highly recommend!

We stayed here on Christmas 2024, for 3 nights. It was a home away from home for us. Beautiful! You can't find a better location in Avila - 1 block from the beach. Check in is very easy and very good instructions. We will stay again!

Amazing property, great location and awesome property owner!

This gorgeous owner-managed home was the perfect long weekend getaway! Every part of the home is curated for guest comfort, from the restful mattresses and solid walls to the kitchen drawer with flashlights, batteries, and first aid items, to the beach toys in the garage. You can see the ocean from the little balcony or walk the one tiny block to get your feet in the sand. The place was immaculate, well-appointed, and homey. I want to stay here every time I visit Avila Beach!

Wonderfully maintained property with easy access to the beach and shops. Kitchen has everything you need and there is lots of room for a two bedroom condo-and having your own garage is key for Avila, as street parking goes fast-we will definitely be back!

Great location and house

This property is so amazing! The location is perfect for walking everywhere and especially the kids. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking! Beach toys and chairs were a plus. I was worried about the garage with the other reviews but my expedition(not extended) fit in it, such a plus to not have to deal with parking! Excellent property, we will be back again!
