Lovely renovated condo with water views, great value for outstanding amenities

The condo is exactly like the photos and description. It is an excellent location to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Totally outstanding! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Cindy is the most wonderful host. This place is very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, etc... nice swimming pool. We felt like home. Location is incredible. It was a wonderful vacation! We highly recommend this place. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Relaxing three weeks. Pool steps away and beach two blocks. Beautiful sunsets. Fully equipped with everything we needed to care for ourselves. Couple of glitches (they will always happen) but Cindy and Jamie came through right away and sorted them out. Nice, friendly neighbours in the building. Lots to do and places to eat close by, but far enough away that the immediate neighbourhood is quiet. Recently renovated and felt like home. Particularly liked the sun room balcony facing to the Mandalay Channel.

Absolutely the most worst experience in my travelling life. I have paid the full amount the property owner / management asked, but when my wife and I arrived at the property, the security guard ( woman ) told us we couldn't get inside the compound because our names weren't on her list and she won't call the management for us. So we went to the near by restaurant and pay for a Wi-fi connection to reach the property manager who told us that he didn't receive my rental confirmation from VRBO and told us he was going to check with you and will get back to us. When we reconnected back with the property manager, he told us the property was already rented, but he find another room in the same compound for more money. I told him that I refuse to more and he said in that case, he could not help us, that he would refund my money and I told him that if I did not get my rental agreement fulfilled, I would claim any extra money I spent to house my wife and I during those 4 nights.

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. We had everything we needed, including entertainment, in close proximity. The host was also very personable and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend and stay again!

This property exceeded my expectations. The whole condo is super clean and everything is new. Cindy did a wonderful job of making the whole condo feel so homey. She was also GREAT at responding to all my questions. The location is also fantastic; we had two kids that hate walking and I was worried about all the whining I will hear when I tell them we will work.. this location is literally less than 5 minutes to the beach.. we just had to cross a Main Street and the beach there is not crowded. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Clearwater beach; we will definitely be staying here again.

I loved this condo and would return in a heart beat. I had everthing i needed and more. The beach was a 4 minute walk from the house. It was very clean. Cindy was able to be reached when I had questions immediately and never had to wait for a response. Amazing location & condo.

My family and I stayed at this property for a total of 3 months during a work contract. I have two young daughters and absolutely LOVED the location. Only a couple of blocks from the beach (easy walking distance) and away from the chaos of the tourist areas. Yet still very close to all of the restaurants and fun activities (we rode our bikes to everything on the island). The location was incredibly quiet and felt very safe. The pool was a HUGE bonus for us. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed, included extra linens, paper towels, and toilet paper. It was very clean, definitely thr cleanest property we've ever stayed at. Cindy was an amazing host and was very attentive to all of our needs during the stay! I give this condo and stay a 15 out of 10. I will absolutely miss this little peice of paradise!
