Lofted condo on the boat ramp, downtown Salida, king bed plus super comfortable queen murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Two levels, two bathrooms, parking spot in garage included.

Location was awesome, newer condo with everything you need to be comfortable. The only thing that I was disappointed in there wasn't cable tv for local news etc.

Could not have been nicer. Such a comfortable place to stay-beautifully decorated, upscale yet cozy with attention paid to details. Great location to all of the downtown establishments and seeing/ hearing the Arkansas River from the deck is very nice. As much as we were in CO to be outdoors, it was always nice coming back to our condo home! Can’t leave out the fact The Biker and the Baker is right across the street!!!

Love the convenient location! Being downtown on The River , trails , shops and restaurant were perfect for our family of 4 at Christmas. Easy to get to Monarch slopes!! Flexible space with Murphy bed, beautiful decor, stocked kitchen with essentials. A+ Thank you for a great stay in Salida

Our visit to Salida was perfect in every way primarily due to the perfect location of our rental. The best location, met our criteria with King bed, walk in showers, and 2 bathrooms. The outside balcony was a plus. Location was close to the river and everything else. Once we parked our vehicle upon arrival we never got in it until we left! Exactly what we were looking for! The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again!

I love love loved staying here. I especially love the balcony. I only used the lower level. The Murphy bed worked out great. The main level was exactly what I needed. It was just me and I splurged but it was worth it!

Stunning and incredibly clean property right next to the river. Perfect location! The kids could walk / bike wherever they wanted, and every coffee shop / restaurant on our list was within a few blocks away. The whitewater rapids are right next door, making it easy to float or surf if thats what you're looking for. The host communicated beautifully and they are clearly committed to ensuring we had a smooth and wonderful stay. We'll be back next year!

My favorite place to stay when I’m in Salida from the beautiful rooftop to the big shower and two bathrooms. No other place I’d rather stay.

We will definitely try to stay here again next time we return to Salida.

We very much enjoyed the condo. Very clean. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Our favorite part was the location. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the fun activities on the river. We will stay here again.

The condo / loft was just like it was described online. Comfortable and concerto downtown Salida, the River and trails. We drove from OK and took our bronco off road. This was a great place to rest after a long day. Comfy bed. Although we did not cook, there were lots of dishes and kitchen items for use. I was glad the host had shampoo/conditioner as I had forgotten mine. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed this second floor condo. It was clean, comfortable and n an easy location. My husband and I would come back.

This is a great property! It is right on the Arkansas River and is in the heart of downtown so everything is within walking distance. Even though it is downtown, it is quiet as it is not on a main street. The communication with the manager was great!

We loved the location.and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony to watch the river. The unit was clean and spacious. It was a perfect place for our visit to Salida.

Luxury on the River is an understatement to be sure! I'd add in other descriptive words like Relaxation, Convenience, Restful, and most of all, VACATION! My family of four enjoyed an amazing week here and have come back more relaxed than ever. Salida is definitely a vacation destination with all the outdoor activities available, the wonderful shops and restaurants, and of course, the Arkansas River right at our doorstep to play in. We will definitely be coming back!
