Communication was excellent! Because of an impending snowstorm at home, we were concerned our flight might be canceled. They worked with us and were going to help us have a place to stay if we were “stranded” in FL! (Unfortunately, our flight got out!)

Was a very good experience. Photos and description of the property were spot on. Very clean, plenty of towels...even provided beach towels. Beach was easily accessed. The pool was well maintained. We will be back!

Enjoyed our trip and location

This property was awesome. Very clean and secure. Access to the beach was incredible and everything we wanted to do in Clearwater was within walking distance! Will definitely book again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for an awesome stay!

This property was steps away from the beach. Having morning coffee on the deck was amazing seeing the dolphins in water in front of our place.The place was very clean and had beach chairs and beach towels available to use.The property managers were so polite and very quick to respond to any questions, not to mention how nice they were on site.The entire complex was super clean. Needless to say we will be back.Overall a great experience!

They communicate really well, offer all the assistance you could need and are always friendly.Second, the location of this rental is amazing! The beach just steps away, visible from the balcony. The north beach stores and restaurants are within walking distance. South beach is just a 15 minute walk or a quick ride via Uber or one of the many golf carts driving around offering free rides, but don’t forget to tip the driver!Finally the rental unit itself is all you need for a great time. The unit was clean and welcoming upon arrival and had all the amenities you need. The unit is well furnished, although some of the furniture wasn’t as sturdy as we would have liked (twin beds specifically). Kitchen had everything we needed, but like most rentals I wouldn’t describe as gourmet (if you consider yourself a chef bring your own knife and a skillet).showers had great water pressure and plenty of storage space to unpack toiletries. The patio balcony is a great place to have a sundowner cocktail and watch the sunset.The condo pool is great, and shade can be easily found at almost all points of the except for high noon +- an hour. This was our second trip to this unit as a family of four and we have every intention on returning in the future

Excellent communication with property management. Location location location location. Pool was a great size and plenty of seating. Beach was incredible and so easy to walk to. Rental. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Very clean. Great layout. Plenty of seating options. Others have left sand umbrellas and chairs which was an added bonus. Unit has plenty of towels for beach and pool. Parking was right by the door to stairwell. No elevator. Shower/tub combo on both bathrooms with good water pressure. Washer and dryer in unit. Need to run dryer for 2 cycles to dry a full load but no biggie.

Stay started a little rough. The area rug was wet and stinky, but they got it resolved very quickly. Awesome area, nice short walk to the beach.
