Harborview Grande Clearwater Beach Luxury Retreat – Steps to the Sand!

We loved that everything was right there within walking distance. Diane and Gordon had extra beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take it all to the beach. We had a fabulous time. Will stay there again!

Loved the location. Check in and parking great. Italian Restaurant Cesars excellent and you can walk. Needs a new housecleaning company and dishwasher (dishes dirty due to film remaining on them/powder did not work well at all). Patio furniture very dated but still could be used. Because of location and views of the bay I am sure it will still be rented monthly but we will not return.

Location to several restaurants was great. The view was beautiful- beach is a short walk, but it’s across a busy road.Three good size bedrooms!

Very clean, great location & relaxing balcony w/a quiet view of the harbor.

We went to the beautiful Clearwater sandy beach. Had dinner at a few restaurants. It was nice to have a kitchen that we could cook in. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the spacious veranda. Saw the dolphins. Took long walks on gulf view blvd. viewed the sunset.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and activities. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed in this complex before, overall it was a good stay. The AC return in the master is very loud when AC is on. We enjoyed the week in Clearwater.

fantastic condo -- very clean, well-stocked, comfortable beds, location was close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment; property manager was amazing -- quick response if needed; easy-to-follow directions for using cable, washer/dryer, and keyless entry; safe and secure location with free parking was a plus! would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the near future. One suggestion (NOT complaint) would be to replace the bath towels as they are not as soft as they could be. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful condo!

A very nice 3 BDR. condo right on the intercoastal. Beach is a short walk away.Excellent views from large balcony. We saw dolphins on most days and even a manatee one day, so cool!Well equipped condo with all the amenities you need.Owner Diane is very nice and responded to my questions promptly.Would recommend this beautiful, perfectly located condo to all.

The condo is a short walk to the beach with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. We were given specific, well-written instructions which were quite helpful with our stay. This is a spacious, well- kept condo.

A clean and spacious condo in Clearwater Beach! We loved the views of the intercostal waterway from the balcony. It was easy to walk to the beach and dining. The only problem was the heated pool was having maintenance done and we couldn’t use it. Would definitely recommend this condo!

This was a perfect vacation and the condo is absolutely beautiful!! My sisters and I would stay here again without any hesitation! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

This is a beautiful home with great views of the bay. This is our second time in Clearwater and we decided to stay on the bay. This place will not disappoint you if you do not want to be right on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Condo was very clean & comfortable

We had a great stay for a week at the condo. The basics are already there as far as kitchen essentials, hand/dish soap, and beach gear including a wagon. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I saw dolphins in the harbor most days we were there from the balcony as well. The location was very convenient to the beach (short walk), restaurants, and a store. Diane was also very responsive when I had a question. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay again.
