Harborview Grande 800 Luxury 8th Floor Condo with Stunning Harbor Views

The corner condo had ocean views. Dolphins in the bay most mornings. Had a minor problem with the air conditioning that was fixed immediately. Easily exceeded every expectation we had. The promotional pictures do not do this property any justice at all.

Overall we had an amazing trip! We’ll definitely come back again. We did however notice that the beds were super hard so everyone woke with a backache daily and the a/c would turn off randomly so we would get hot until the water drained and it worked again. We would still recommend to anyone asking. It had an amazing view and was in the perfect location! Memories were made and will last a lifetime!

We are a family of four and we stayed at this condo for my son’s senior spring break. It was absolutely perfect. We ate breakfast in every morning and also had enough room to host two other families for dinner one evening. This is an end unit so you get all the windows and sunshine possible coming in. The decor is beachy. Very spacious. Great location to everything Clearwater has to offer. The beach is two blocks away, all the restaurants and stores all within walking distance. I loved having a washing machine and dryer to wash beach towels daily. There are beach chairs and a cooler in the closet which was great. The only few downfalls is that they leave you one roll of toilet paper and paper towel. No extra garbage bags. I believe for the money spent there should be a few extra of those items. The two large beds are rock hard. BUT the good by far outweighs the few negatives and I would stay here again over again. THANK YOU to the owners for sharing this amazing vacation condo with others.

Couldn't ask for a better condo, great location, cleanliness, and quality amenities.

The unit was far nicer and larger than the photos depicted. Our expectations were exceeded. A work out facility would be very helpful. Transportation to the beach once a or twice a day would be a great service as well.

We liked this condo very much. The view from the balcony is amazing!

We all enjoyed our trip and our stay at Harborview Grande. The place was a good size and clean with a great view and easy accessibility to the beach and restaurants. The beds were a bit on the hard side but that was really our only complaint. We would come back.

We lost my husband/father/brother this past December & going to FL for spring break was always an Etchingham tradition~~it was a bittersweet time but our daughters & I were blessed with a special week this year wirh his siblings & some of their families☀️?☀️thank u for helping us keep his memory alive~~we felt him wirh us all week???

The condo was very spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. Beautiful views during the day and night. It was a 10 min walk which wasn't too bad, but it was not just steps to the beach We walked to all the restaurants and there were a bunch. Highly recommend this property. It would be nice to have another larger skillet and/or griddle pan. But, all in all we would come back.
