Great views, house was clean and bed was comfortable. My family loved getting around in the golf cart. Pool was easily accessible.

This Condo was perfect for our family vacation. The views are awesome and so relaxing. The whole community is beautiful and we loved the fact that it comes with a golf cart to go around the island. Just be aware that it is at the top of the building and there are 73 stair steps to climb to get to the condo but other than that it was wonderful!

Not impressed. Furnace only worked in main living area, bedrooms not. Hot tub was under construction without saying anything or advising prior to booking. Golf cart cover was damaged and riding around was cold, noisy, and flaps kept hitting us. Very disappointed. Teued to resolve issue but no luck....stay away from this place.

Great view. Pleasant little community but little to do in the area (small pool, stony beachfront). Condo is relaxing and comfortable. Golf cart is absolutely essential for getting around

The condo is located in a beautiful location, quiet, clean and I will rent again.

The location of this unit is impeccable! The views were spectacular and the size of the unit was perfect! It was decorated very nicely and was very comfortable. We felt like we were in Greece! We had great weather during our stay and enjoyed watching the cruise ships come into Catalina from the balcony. However, there are some important items to know before booking. There are over 70 steps to climb before reaching the front door, the front door was very difficult to open, the bathroom sinks and bathtub are very slow draining, there is not a sufficient number of wine glasses (we actually bought our own) AND the golf cart that is provided is not the one shown in the VRBO listing. The golf cart was in very poor condition; in both the appearance and mechanically. The plastic weather-proof covering needs to be replaced. The duct tape that is provided in the cart does not hold up. We had hoped to venture to Two Harbors in the golf cart, but did not feel comfortable going that far in the golf cart provided.

The condo and views are beautiful! Very nicely decorated! We loved having the golf cart to get around town in and Hamilton cove is one of our favorite places to stay in Catalina. A few area of improvement - the master bath has no shower, just a bathtub which is very impractical for adults. This meant the 4 of us had to share one bathroom which was not what we had in mind when we booked a 2 bathroom place. Would be great to add even a shower head attachment to the master bath to make this a true full bathroom . Then lastly the couch is quite dirty, it’s unfortunate that it’s a light color because the stains really show but it is in desperate need of a steam clean. We avoided sitting on one side of the couch because it was so dirty.

The support provided by Chela when the golf cart had a problem. She helped resolve it within the day. Fantastic service.

Place was amazing. The steps were overwhelming, but overall it was a very nice relaxing area to stay in. We would do it again.

The property is tucked away in a private cove on Catalina Island. The condos are positioned in a way that makes the condo feel very private. We enjoyed the ocean view and the sea breeze as well as the condo itself which was perfect for our girlfriend get-away! The golf cart made the short drive to Avalon easy and our self-touring the island was really fun. Whether you want quiet or adventure, this place will not disappoint!

Beautiful, just what we needed.

Wow. What a location. I thought I was in Greece when we first arrived. The property has a breathtaking view of the ocean and was exactly as listed. Looks like the place was professionally decorated, with lots of little touches. Everything we needed was there. Golf cart was essential and amazing. Property was clean and taken well care of. Pool was easily accessible as was fishing on the doc, basketball and tennis courts. Host was quick to respond, helpful and even got us tennis rackets when we couldn’t find any...couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

There were a few things wrong. The dishwasher is not bolted to the cabinet so we had to be extremely carefully using it. Additionally, the furniture was stained and needed some attention. The place is well-stocked and well located. This is our second stay at Hamilton Cove. The first time the place was smaller, but everything was in order.

Too many stairs, idk how you put up these condos with no access except to climb a lot of stairs. The pictures were not accurate, the second bedroom was so small you couldn’t even put a dresser in there, the washer was filthy,, no shower in the master bathroom. For all The &&$ ,I was disappointed except for the view

Avalon is absolutely beautiful and the location of the property makes it even better. This neighborhood is set apart from town making it quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing but nothing that ruined our stay. Just be aware the king bedroom with the tub has a very short spout making it difficult to bathe and wash hair. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend!

Rented this place for a 50th birthday weekend! The view was amazing! Very spacious. Beds were comfortable...and so was the couch! Really enjoyed it! Pool area was nice. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed condo at Hamilton Cove. Spacious and comfortable. Beds and couch comfortable. Kitchen cabinets could use a deep cleaning inside and out.Stand alone fans could also use a cleaning. Appreciated filtered water from refrigerator,kitchen amenities, thick beach towels , and beach chairs. Would stay here again. Warm Regards, The Millers
