Stayed Nov 7, 2025The view from either balcony was breath taking. You get the sun rise view and the moon rise. The vibe of the decor matched the views, everything was clean and comfortable. It was also very convenient for a golf cart to be included in the rental, allowing the ability to get around in Avalon. Only issues to note are the curtains in the bathroom and bedroom are broken and does not allow you to close them. I had to put a sheet up in the bathroom. Recommend those getting repaired or replaced for privacy for future guests. I would still recommend this unit and return for future stays on the Island.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Beautiful Area - Great PotentialPros:•Peaceful area near the beach, away from the city•French doors open from kitchen, living room, and bedroom•Many deer nearby; even saw a foxCons:•No laundry soap – had to wear dirty clothes and buy a shirt•Broken window covers and window cranks•Dirty toilet brush•Wobbly kitchen table•Pantry smells bad•No colander or foil provided•Bathroom door dirty with fingerprints•A few ants inside•Old ceiling fans, worn fixtures, and furniture not reflected in the pictures•Gas golf cart very old and hard to drive; gas tank under back seat•No central air•Morning sun heats through French doors•Address on VRBO is the office, not the condo (13-min drive from ferry)•Stairs blend with tile—be careful

Stayed Sep 24, 2025Location was great. The place needs some neglected fixes (doors windows screens etc). Dishes were put away but not clean. Unfortunately the golf cart depicted was swapped out with a hooptie.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025All I can say is Amazing! Morning ocean view suns rise right from our bedroom was spectacular! Having a golf cart was definitely a highlight, we toured all around Catalina and loved every minute of it.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Perfect location in Hamilton Cove.. Right by the water & close to pool! The unit size is perfect for my husband & I to stay 5 nights!! The bathroom upstairs is big. We loved the 3 balconies & didn’t need AC it was actually too cold sometimes when doors were open. Everything is white & clean! The golf cart is older but works. Grateful to have it though! Community is safe & very quiet. Can’t wait to book again!
