Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay at Hamilton Cove. The views were amazing! We had everything we needed for a fun and enjoyable vacation. The golf cart was great for getting around the island. The balcony was a fun place to relax and enjoy food and cocktails. Our only complaint was that the place needs a good cleaning, and some minor repairs.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025This property is pretty tired and needs maintenance/remodeling. The property also had an ant infestation - hard to come back and pay the rental fee for this level of accommodation

The real bonus was the communication with the amazing General Manager, Corina when we had a possible hiccup with our reservation. She went over and above for us and we are grateful. We will definitely return again.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025Great stay for multi-gen family. All on one level (other than two very small steps). Equiped with everything you need. Beautiful ocean and harbor views. Golf cart was perfect for 6. Only a 10 minute drive to Avalon (groceries, tours, restaurants), but quiet and isolated from the main city. Recommend for a family or couple Catalina vacation.

Stayed Oct 28, 2023Amazing views, and a very comfortable space where we got together to celebrate a family birthday. Sunsets and sunrises were astounding and it was so nice to enjoy a quiet beautiful space but also have the ability to take the golf cart in to Avalon for dinner. Fun was had all around. The property manager was so generous in accomodating our late check out.

Stayed Nov 9, 2022A few minor issues with the bathrooms but other than that, the location was amazing and the house was very nice. I understand security at the gate, but some of them were plain rude and took their “authority “ a little too serious.

Stayed Apr 2, 2022The place and view was beautiful as pictured. The home was relatively clean, but there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Couldn’t leave any food out on the countertops due to the ants. The master bathroom had a nice electric toilet, but it stopped working on the first night. One of us had used it for #2 in the morning, and it wouldn’t turn on or flush (apparently you can’t manually flush an electric toilet that doesn’t turn on). We contacted the front desk to let them know, and they responded promptly, but maintenance never came (after saying they were on their way). After multiple calls, maintenance still never came during the duration of our 2 night stay and the toilet remained unusable. Very disappointing in the lack of maintenance response. Otherwise the property was nice.

Stayed May 6, 2021The Spectacular view really differentiates this property. The comfortable accommodations, and a free golf cart really made this a memorable stay. Our only suggestion was to upgrade the bathrooms and the kitchen; do that and this would really be a gem.
