Stayed Sep 5, 2018Really pricey for off season. Check in said the taxi driver would know where to drop off, that was not correct. Had to carry luggage and we weren’t sure where we were going. Looked for cart down not up. Checking luggage, taxi at beginning and end a hassle. Lovely villa and view.

Stayed Apr 8, 2026A bunch of stuff listed as amenities was not available, told I needed to bring my own croquet, tennis and mini golf equipment AFTER I arrived. Who travels with Croquet stuff? Don't list it if not available! ALSO we did not have working wifi. Could not watch TV or get on internet and I have 3 teens. Lastly the golf cart was bootleg and smelled really bad of gas. My kids got sick riding in it. We liked the view and location but don't promise stuff you don't have and maybe a refund for no internet? Especially since they threatened to fine us for every thing we did including stepping of balcony after 9pm.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This property is beautifully located across the cove, so you can see the ocean and property views. It was just enough space for our family of 6. We love having the golf cart included in the rental which makes it very convenient to get around town.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025The condo was really nice and the view is spectacular. The fact that they provide a golf cart was very beneficial in that it's the only way to get into Avalon without a taxi.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025This location has gorgeous views! It was a comfortable stay, with all of the amenities we needed. The golf cart was a big plus! The fitted sheet wasn’t the correct size for the pull out sofa & a few towels needed updating, but that’s all about what was wrong. Everything else was satisfactory!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Perfect get away for families w teenage kids that enjoy snorkeling and fishing! The hot tub was a nice treat after a day in the ocean. Bring regular coffee to brew is one reminder.
