They loved the sleeping loft and easy access to town and the beach. BBQ is a nice touch. Big perk is the underground parking for (2) vehicles.

Location is so perfect by the beach and board walk as well. If we come back to Avila Beach, we’d love to stay here again!

The location could not have been better. We traveled with 8 teenagers and 2 moms and the loft was perfect for boys. Plenty of beds and space for all. Although it being a condo, it never felt cramped even when dining all together. Definitely will rent again.

Stayed Apr 10, 2023A family member was coming down the stair with sandals on and carrying something in one hand. Steps are too slippery and caused her to fall. Only one request is that the stair case should have some kind of grip material put on them.

Stayed Nov 11, 2022The place was well kept and nice. Had all accommodations with coffee pots, silverware, plates, towels. Seven sisters was easy to work with when checking in and out. They were in communications all times making it possible to check in early if needed. I highly recommend staying at Beach Happy.
