Clean, Convenient, Roomy & a Good Value!!

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Pickleball courts were across the street. The beach was two blocks away. We enjoyed walking to restaurants.

The host was great and quick to respond. The location couldn't have been better for the price. It was only a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants downtown. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful condo with many updates and nice beachy decor. Quiet area close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Host was great at getting back to us quickly about any questions we had.

The place was just as described. Location was great! Host did make us aware of bathroom showers backing up. We did have issues entire stay with this but host did his best with situation. We did not have blankets when we first arrived, only a few beach towels as well. Seemed to be an issue with housekeeping company and they came in uninvited during our stay. Claim was put in for stolen pillows after departure. Luckily I did have proof if photos when we arrived and left showing we didn’t have these pillows. I would have liked some monetary refund due to issues but overall I would stay again if they had different housekeeping as there were many people who knew code to get the key and open door. Location was very good! We were great guest and were disappointed with the problems but thought it was a nice place!

Property was exactly as described, clean and convenient. It was also roomy and comfortable. We only had 3 travelers so it accommodated us perfectly.

Great property. We didn’t even rent a car. Everything could be done by walking or delivery. Everything was as listed and pictures are spot on. We would definitely stay at this property. Thanks to the host for having great communication with any questions we had.

Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere beach, food, drinks etc. Easy check in and great communication from host. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Condo was clean and comfortable, short walking distance to the beach,dining,shopping and pool.Would consider staying again.

Enjoy parking the van and walking right into the condo. Quiet part of the island. Across the street from McKay park and Pickleball. Beach access is 5 min walk and Palm Pavillion is a nice restaurant and shop. Minuses: Its a 20 min walk from Pier 60. No water view from Condo.

Had a wonderful time in Clearwater, the place was clean and close to the beach. We will definitely be back again

Nice clean apartment, relaxing stay for our family

We had a great girls trip and stay in this condo. The condo was clean and updated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the pullout couch was decent sleeping. Not a bad walk to the beach and rentable beach chairs. There were 2 beach chairs and some toys in the condo to use. Convenience store nearby. Was a fabulous stay. The condo could use a drying rack, or a few more hooks or towel bars for towels and wet suits.

The unit had the beachy vibe and was very clean. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops.

Very nice place. Beachy decor. Clean and comfortable. A few things that need to be provided are a broom and dust pan and a sifter mop. I had no way to clean up the floors.

Property is very spacious with 2 large double bedrooms of which 1 has an ensuite bathroom. Second bathroom in hallway. Big kitchen with all you need. Large dining table in living room. Outside communal terrasse in front of door with table and 4 chairs. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to a Walgreen's. 30 minutes drive to Tampa airport. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Clearwater Beach again!

Great location! Very close to the beach. You don't need to pack lunch or anything because you can walk back in 3 minutes to get what you need. Very clean overall. My only complaint was the pull out couch. We needed it for our kids and it was very lumpy and had a big stain of some kind on it. We just folded it back in and my son slept on the couch and my daughter slept with us.

There was a dead cockroach in the room that my children were supposed to be staying in, after seeing the dead bug the first day they wouldn’t go back in that room. The hallway bathroom towel rack broke off the wall

The location is great. It is about a block from the beach. I like having two bedrooms and a washer and dryer. It is the fanciest but was great for us.

Just amazing. Great location, great place to stay to experience both Clearwater and the surrounding area. The accommodation had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater. The location was super close to the beach and all the shopping. My younger son loved the park across the street. A few things we noticed during our stay were the stand fan, and toaster did not work. However over all it was a great stay
