Cheerful 2BR Condo 3 min Walk to Beach - Pet OK

Reviewer Comments: Life Is A Breeze is a spacious and comfortable condo with the of windows and sliding doors making indoor-outdoor living easy. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds and sofa (larger and better than in the pictures) are comfortable and bedroom closets are very spacious. There are 3 deck areas, but none offer a view of the beach or ocean despite being only 1 block away; that is a disappointment. The rooftop kitchen is a great spot (beware the blue chairs which are very weathered and falling apart).Communication with Seven Sisters Properties, prior to our arrival, was challenging (the automated phone tree seems to send you to a black hole where messages aren’t retrieved) but communication with staff once we checked in was great! Avila Beach is quiet, small and offers a wonderful vacation spot. We would definitely return to Life’s A Breeze again!

Loved short walks to the beach, the property was a bit tired but nice enough.

Beautiful property, but be prepared to loose your deposit. When you check out they will find some reason to take some or all of your deposit. They sent us a picture of a clump of dog hair on the entryway stairs and charged for “excessive dog hair”, not pet friendly. Management company, reeks of bait and switch tactics.

Good place

Took advantage of a friends wedding to plan a family vacation. The location was perfect for daily walks on the beach. The house was clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio that was connected to the kitchen. The roof deck was very nice but we really didn’t take advantage of it….

You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We came during an October heatwave and the large slider doors, in addition to the provided tower fan, helped keep the condo comfortable during the day. My only recommendation is providing a garage door clicker and/or set of keys (installation of a key pad?) to the front door. It was a little inconvenient to have to get out of the car to open/close the garage but didn’t hinder our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

This went well overall. T'he beds are very nice and the location is just the best. The place was secure and we felt like communication was done very fast. I think this is done well

What a great place to stay. 1 minute walk to the beach. Clean and confortable. The only thing for us was that our car did not fit in the garage and parking during the day on the street was tough. We made it work just fine. After 5 parking frees up.
