Rules and Regulations:
No same-day bookings; 4-day lead time required for lease approval
Two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April), one week during non-peak season
An application fee of $150 is charged upon booking

Smoke-free property (smoking permitted at the beach or outside on the sidewalk)

PARKING
Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking, and cars cannot exceed 6'6, including items on the roof of the vehicle.

SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
