Brand New, Beautiful and Specious Waterfront Condo! 10 min Walk To The Beach!!

Beautiful property. Great condition. Big. HUGE master suite. Spacious closets throughout. Kitchen was very nice. The Deck was amazing. Big and great views. Double slider opens up to living room and master when weather wasnt too hot. Location was great. Next to the police makes u feel plenty safe. Walkable to food and groceries. Parking spot is a nice added feature.All in all fantastic property. Great property host who answered questions in just minutes. 5 of 5.

We had a fabulous time! Property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Gorgeous views, close walk to the beach and many restaurants to choose from. Can’t wait to get back here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this meticulously clean condo. The location was ideal and we walked everywhere on Clearwater Beach. The views are beautiful, the bedding is very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed . Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

The property was great, my only issue was I didn’t realize I needed to buy extra toilet paper because there was only 2 rolls for 6 people.

We liked the location , pretty quiet and the porch with good views. Being near the breakfast. Place speggtacular was prrfect.great food! Lots of good resturants in the area. Liked. going over the causeway to Sand isle & the beach at indian rocks and using provided beach stuff. The hot tub was excellent. Wishthe couch was bigger. Good tv. It was nice to have parking down under.and an elevator! Beds were good. Driving was tough, lotsa traffic. Getting to publix & phillies games was not a far drive. A chair in the bedrooms would be nice. Showers were really good. Would definately rent again.

I chose this place because there was an advertised heated pool and spa. It was more expensive than some but I wanted a heated pool. There was torn up furniture and chips in paint. It was advertised that it was brand new. I immediately took pics and aent them to owner. The grounds keeper told my family the pool heater and spa hasnt worked n a long time. So dissappointed because I could have gotten beach front or more bedrooms for less money

Property very clean, and great location! Sunrise was viewable from the balcony, and was an amazing place to have my morning coffe! Pool area with hot tub was great. TV and so many channels and options was amazing for the rainy time. Hostess was easily reached, and great to communicate with! Great fet away !!
