Just a very short walk and you're next to shops and the beach. The condo gracefully accommodated our party of 9, having all that we needed for a pleasant stay.

Clean, well decorated, well suited for a large family, multiple sleeping locations, and stocked w/ everything you need from bedding to kitchen ware, even a ROKU. The staff @ Seven Sisters were very accommodating as well, making the check in & check out process so simple. We value clean & neat & the property was all of that and more and just steps from Avila Beach. A perfect location that we will be sure to return to. Thank you for helping us make great memories.

Our family of 7 enjoyed the home that had ample dining and living room space for game night and chatter. Upstairs loft is great for the teens/younger family as the steps are a tad tricky. Description of home was accurate and staff responds immediately to reservation questions/needs. Some kitchen items need to be replaced, overall everything you need to cook/BBQ is stocked. Bring your own spices/oil etc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I was happy about the rental. The location from beach was ideal. It took about 1 minute to walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space for a large family and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plates and forks, trash bags, even zip loc bags! The laundry in home along with laundry detergent was convenient to wash sandy items before heading home. The rooms and bed situation was comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and even hand soap and shower toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The place was to perfect, however we have some issues:1. One the first day, the internet didn’t work which meant no TV because the TV relies on internet to work. Not a game changer for me, but did travel with guest who like to watch TV to unwind. 2. Although the house seemed clean, we did see aVery old and think spider web in the master bedroom high window. It was large and thick enough to make me feel uncomfortable to sleep in the room. We had to clean ourselves using vacuum. 3. In the middle of the night, around 2am, a loud alarm went off in the master bedroom. It took a while to pin point where the alarm was coming from. We had to call the emergency number for rental, but no one answered answer at the time. I was able to figure out where the alarm was coming from and fix before anyone called me back from emergency line. Despite the issues, I would come back and try to rent from Seven Sisters again.
