Beautiful New Luxury Condo in Downtown Salida! #0676

Great condo. Really new and nice amenities. Air conditioning in every bedroom for great sleeping conditions. Was stocked with essentials for arrival and 2 blocks of grocery store and 2-3 blocks of everything in downtown Salida = GREAT Location!!. Highly recommend staying at this great Condo!!

This condo is located in downtown Salida and is in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and the river. The unit is comfortable, set up for families, well furnished and has plenty of seating. The owners provided a lovely basket of treats and the kitchen is equipped with starter items like coffee and creamer, spices and oils. Beds are comfy and each bedroom has their own bath. There’s a cute little patio off the back but didn’t get to use it due to snow.

Property was comfortable, new, modern, immaculate and extremely well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown area near the river park. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, neighborhood park with playground and basketball courts and the river park area. The two reserved adjacent parallel parking spots was perfect for us as we had our side-by-side on a trailer.

Our family has stayed at many condos and this was the one of the best with regard to amenities and comfort for a young family. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to Fibark events and family fun like the Arcade and park. The first floor entry made it easy to unload and load with ample and safe parking locations. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is a great property with many amenities and a completely accurate profile. The accommodations were very clean, instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise, and lots of attention to detail were included in the rental, from a snack box full of goodies to allergen-free laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. Being so handy to downtown Salida allows the visitor to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and other entertainment opportunities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property.

Modern and spacious condo for our family of five. Less than a block from F street, 3 blocks to the river and the grocery store. All the necessities in the condo plus some extras you wouldn't expect. Great communication with the host.

Excellent property, so close to downtown. Went to visit my daughter who lives in Salida. Such a beautiful property. We had a welcome basket and note welcoming us in. Would definitely book this property again.

Rented this place to be close to Monarch Mountain. Really impressed with cleanliness and details from the owners that included things like a welcome basket, coffee and other condiments one might need, to even having throw blankets to snuggle on the couch. Cute town and fun restaurants near by. Would highly recommend and would be fun to come back in the summer.

It was extremely clean, perfect location within walking distance of shops and restaurants, thoughtful coloring books and art supplies for kids, dark towels specifically for makeup removal, not to mention a big basket of snacks and goodies. Everything was well thought out and perfect for our stay.
