Avila Good Life - A luxury 2 Bdrm condo 3 houses from beach with ocean views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental is ideal, and the beds are comfortable. The garage parking is nice and the bedrooms are mostly quiet with separate a/c in each room. The condo needs better cleaning though, and some maintenance/updating. The master bedroom was dusty around the furniture and shutters. In the kitchen the drinking water filters need to be replaced. In the 2nd bathroom the plumbing is slow and the shower has little to no water pressure. Some tech additions would also be helpful.

This is an amazing property just steps from the boardwalk and pier. You get a side view of the ocean from the living room window. It is very well appointed and clean - owners have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The only bad part was having to leave!

Love the location! Less than a minute walk to shopping and the beach. The only thing I would recommend is they put a full length mirror in one of the rooms! :)

Privately garage was stocked with beach supplies. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. Ocean view I was not expecting. Very comfortable beds and private AC units. I didn’t know the sofa turned into a bed, my son was so happy to not share a bed with his sister. This place is magical! Only small flaw is the master windows lights shine through at night and the sun in the morning, I struggled falling asleep and sleeping passed 6. That said I’d stay here again in an instant! I’ll just pack an eye mask. 7 sisters is the absolute best agency, we’ve never been disappointed

Beautiful home, lovely decor, and great location. One of our favorite trips.

Neat and tidy. Great location. Sleeps 4, but is really just appropriate for two couples (two queen beds), not four friends.

Property was well equipped, well maintained. And when there were a few minor challenges (which is inevitable with a VRBO), the property manager was on top of it - even on a Sunday. Great location which enabled us to enjoy the beach and the small town (Avila Beach) which was a block or two away. Relaxing and fun.
