Avila Breeze condo downtown Avila Beach 2 min to beach

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful and sparkling clean property and had everything that our family needs to enjoy our stay visiting our son that is in Cal Poly.

Rooftop seating area is big plus! Wish it would have a better grill. However it feels like it’s missing main bedroom, two bedrooms set up exactly the same with low queen beds, more like for teenagers not couples.

The Condo was very modern, nice and clean. We would stay here again.

Our family spent four nights at this property. We appreciated clean updated space. House was well appointed, with newer appliances, very clean and a very elegant space. Parking was a bit of a challenge as the garage is too small to fit a car. While the mattresses were newer, they were very firm and both bedrooms had either a double or a queen size bed, which is too small for my husband and I to share comfortably.

We met our son and his young family, who arrived from Ventura. We came from the Chico area and escaped the heat. Wonderful to play on the beach, visit Avila Barn and more. The condo was an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful VRBO, very clean and comfortable for us all. We would happily stay here again.

Overall the our stay was Good. We had a few maintenance issues that required some assistance (heater and water leak), but that stuff happens. It is definitely worth taking a look at if staying in Avila.
