Amazing Ocean Views, Cozumel, Mexico

The view and the pool was great plus snorkel out the back door was really cool . Air condition was poor around 80 degrees inside all the time night was hard to sleep they did bring us two floor fans you also have to keep bathroom doors closed for air to work this made the bath room a oven when your were getting cleaned up also they sealed the pool area that kept from using the pool for 4 days should gets some money back we had to to a privet $ beach or hotel those days . Last fridgerator was broke first two day they did bring in a new one stuff happens . So if you had better air , pool was open the whole 10 days rate it a 4 decorations and furnishings worn but it’s a rental

My husband and I have tried snorkeling in the south and central parts of Cozumel, and we wanted to try the north. This was our favorite snorkeling spot yet! Quite a variety of coral and fish. And having a view of the ocean allowed us to watch rowers, swimmers, snorkelers, speedboats, jet skis, etc make their way up and down the coast. Being a small condominium complex, it felt very private and secure. It was nice having parking available in case we had decided to rent a car. We only wish that laundry facilities were included. Very easy to catch taxis out by the road - just stick out your arm for a taxi traveling either direction (they will turn around). The Coral Princess Hotel was a short walk north of our condo, and they served food from 8 am to 5 pm. This made it a great place to hang out after we checked out, but before we were allowed to check into, our next rental in downtown Cozumel. And for dinner, we were able to walk just a little farther north to the Hotel B Unique to enjoy a beautiful setting for dining while we watched the sun set. And Ingrid offered to get us an appointment for a massage with her at the hotel spa, but we did not have time to fit in that luxury. Nice to know that it is available if we are able to get back here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location --quiet, clean, great snorkeling. Apartment was very clean but needs some updates. Could use some fresh paint and the mattresses are extremely hard. Well equipped kitchen with large, new refrigerator. Hoping for a new toaster for our next visit--pops up only when you unplug it. But if a couple of burned pieces of toast are the worst things in your life you're in paradise! Can't wait to return!

This condo is in an ideal spot for enjoying snorkeling on Cozumel. There is a ladder into the sea and an abundance of aquatic wildlife. This building has friendly and conscientious neighbors who made the stay a pleasure. Restaurants within walking distance. Excellent vacation spot if you like snorkeling and relaxation..

This is the best waterfront location on Cozumel IMO. The swimming is perfect and a great diving/jumping platform and of course the snorkelling is fabulous. The view is amazing. Balcony is amazing (though I hate plastic furniture- at this price, there could be better balcony furniture). Lots of supplies, especially towels. The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because it could use a renovation. Hasn’t been renovated for decades. I loved my week with my family and scuba diving all week! And you will too!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, great snorkeling right off the pool deck, quiet and relaxing. Communications with the owner and property manager were excellent.

Beautiful snorkeling steps away from condo, access from private dock. Stunning views, very comfortable condo for 2 couples. Awesome pool side BBQ. Communication was perfect, and super easy to check in and out! Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful place. Great host and so understanding during unpredictable times. Great on-site hostess Laura. Great snorkeling. Great shore diving at scuba Pepe next door. Also so many beach towels were a big added bonus not found at many places.

Zdravko is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions, at anytime of the day and often late into the evening. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a week long stay. This is a you will not believe it until you experience it trype of stay. The condo is oceanfront in my favorite part of Cozumel for snorkeling. You can walk across the well kept ool area down a few steps and snorkel until your hearts content. The neighborhood outside the apartment was very quite, with occasional athletes on a run or bike ride. There were numerous amazing restaurants with in walking distance had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The condo was walking distance to some tourist attractions, including the ferry to playa del carmen, just a 40 minute ride across. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Cozumel.
