Stayed Sep 18, 2021Management was excellent room was more than you could ask for. This is the perfect spot in Clearwater walking distance from the best food and not to mention the best beach I have been to state side! No cons:)

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Clean property, well stocked, great ocean view. Far enough away from the busy crowds but close enough to them when you wanted something to do. The pool was a great addition as well. This was our 2nd stay in the building and we will be back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elevator didn't work the whole week we were there. Had to haul luggage up four flights of stairs. Going up and down stairs several times a day very hard on my wife's back,

Stayed Sep 3, 2024Beach Time Rentals in Clearwater Beach, FL was an excellent choice for our family of four. There condo had plenty of room for everyone, and the view is spectacular from the master bedroom, and from the living room. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach was just few steps away. The host provided the needed information that made out trip enjoyable.

Clean and perfect for a family stay. It’s close to everything but yet quiet. Beach front view that you can’t beat. We will absolutely be back. The host was quick to respond and very professional.

There were so many things that were offered like extra beach chairs and beach toys. Kids had a blast and we enjoyed the balcony the most. Would definitely return.
