Stayed Aug 6, 2023While this townhouse was a great size and had what we needed in terms of comforts, we were disappointed that there wasn't WiFi. I know it's not great on the island in general, but the kids needed to finish summer school and I was still working, so this proved to be very challenging. I ASSUMED there was WiFi (it is 2023 afterall!), so I will be triple checking before renting anything again. Also, the description said there was a jacuzzi. The pool and jacuzzi were under renovations so not only was there no jacuzzi, there was plenty of jack hammering going on, which was not pleasant to wake up to while on vacation. Not a bad place to stay, but for how much money I paid, I expected more.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022Amazing place to stay in Avalon. Check in was a breeze, the condo was clean, and within easy walking distance of everything to do in town.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at the Bahia Vista condos for a wedding. The accommodations were excellent. The unit was we'll organized and well stocked with all the bedding and kitchen-ware we needed. We enjoyed the pool as well at Bahia Vista. We made breakfast every morning. We were a party of four so the two bedroom, three bathroom layout enabled us to get ready efficiently for the wedding. The community was quiet at night when we much needed our sleep. We would recommend staying here to anybody, especially families.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had trouble with leaking from both bathrooms. I was told I was going to get a discount from Steve. On checkout I was told I would get a phone call which never happened. Very disappointed.

Stayed Nov 2, 2018Place was clean and space was well utilized enjoyed the access to the pool and walks into town..lovely outdoor patio and cute bedroom balcony..place can get noisy at night with next door guests. But can be quickly handled by the on site manager..
